Essio is a Producer and DJ from Serbia. The first encounter with techno happened in the eighth grade, when he described it as "boring music". Only later, under the influence of his older brother, he gave it a try and slowly started Djing. Sharp and unusual rhythms and euphoric melodies of fast tempo tracks got his attention. He reached a turning point and became a techno DJ. He still doesn't have a specific musical direction, likes to delve into unknown genres of electronic music and loves to experiment with different sounds. His current attention is primarily on the quick rhythms and smooth grooves. He uses persistent 3–4 deck action while continuously improvising. He sees music as a salvation from reality and boring everyday life, and the accumulated amount of energy, which is constantly increasing, is the reason for that fast tempo in his sets, because that fast rhythm contributes to the discharge of that energy.

Fran LF is a Sicilian DJ / Producer based in Amsterdam who prides himself in dealing old school, groove centric techno.

Distilling influences from the 90s and early 2000s which draw upon the sounds recognisable from hip hop and ghetto techno, Fran LF’s passion for the craft of DJing is evident. His track selection operates alongside a 3-4 deck mixing format, woven together with a particularly recognizable mixing style that combines fast and choppy cuts with playful backspins.

With the recent emergence of his event collective Vibrant and a debut label release with none other than ghetto tech legend Robert Armani’s Traxman Records, Amsterdam has yet another talented artist emerging from the underground.

His unique mixing style combines groovy beats with atmospheric sounds, creating an immersive journey for the audience. Get ready to embark on a musical adventure!

CGA Showcase 018 - BASTOGNE

PRWT is a 20 year old Greek DJ & Producer based in Amsterdam. Since he was a kid, electronic beats were playing on his headphones, but it was when he landed in Amsterdam for his studies that he really fell in love with techno thanks to the culture of the city.

His passion for raw and hypnotic techno in combination hard groove, tribal rhythms and repetitive patterns is what defines his sets. Experimentation is one of the most important aspects in techno and thus why he is never afraid to mix a variety of sounds in order to create powerful and complex dynamics that make the crowd sweat. 

As a newcomer on the scene, he quickly realized that the key to standing out is solidifying his identity through his own productions. That's why, over the past months, he's been working hard on a diverse collection of unreleased singles, collaborations and an EP that's ready to be released soon.

Amsterdam's techno world has been his main influence, and he has not only found his calling in it but also a community of like-minded individuals who share the same passion for techno. His goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of his creativity, to explore in depth more genres, and to connect with the people on the dance floor through his craft.
