Born and raised in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Former DJ now a father of three, just recently found out that creating music with headphones somehow magically silences all of the usual daily commotion. 😁 Now seriously... Born 16 December 2007 in Kameelrivier B, Hoodstar Thando grew up surrounded by the harsh realities of poverty and violence. His early life was marked by struggle, with his family often relying on government assistance to get by. Despite the challenges he faced, Hoodstar Thando found solace in music, teaching himself to rap at the age of 9.
Hoodstar Thando’s music career began to take shape in 2021, when he started releasing tracks on SoundCloud.
