Dan, otherwise known as WAVES, is a UK based singer songwriter with big dreams. WAVES creates music that bridges the gap between electronic dance music and indie, creating stories in sound with emotive synths, real instruments and his own vocals.

Born and raised in Newcastle, his passion for music began from a young age. "I always hoped my voice would play a key part in the style of music I write, and it feels great to create songs that feel honest to myself." 

Bringing high energy live DJ sets, there's a focus on engaging with crowds and establishing a vibe. With versatile selection across the electronic subgenre spectrum, and notable supports for live acts such as Chase & Status, Fox Stevenson and Ill Truth, you know this isn't one to miss.
