Beste Hira is an adventurous, strong willed and motivated person now based in Amsterdam with Istanbul as hometown. These aspects have brought her to the position she stands as an artist today. Music has been a lifelong priority. She started at the Mersin Fine Arts High School Music Department where she studied classical piano and cello. She continued her professional music career at Ondokuz Mayıs University where she has successfully graduated from the Department of Music. Her career as a dj/producer started soon after and is why she decided to move to Amsterdam. 

She favors the ethnic, groovy and dark side of techno that drives you through the night. Her broad education of music can be heard in her music productions where she meticulously experiments with sounds to produce her signature sound. In her performances she has a determined mindset to create a complete sensory experience.

Bosnian-built and -bred @sev-dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on Techno.

Signed to respected labels such as @randomisland, @mote-evolver, @komischrecords and Frozen Border sublabel Naked Index, he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label @proletarijat since 2016.

With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time.

Known for his genre defning inimitable sound and energetic performances as well as truly inspirational live-sets, he has always kept himself at the very edge of contemporary techno. Consistently releasing high quality music since the mid- nineties, Jeroen is always right at the sharp end of the techno-spectrum. This can be found in his releases on his own imprint Search, as well as on labels such as Axis, Token, KEY vinyl, and Figure, to name a few. While continually evolving, his music always remains true to that typical Search-sound. In 2021 Jeroen contributed music for a conceptual modern dance project for the famous Pinacoteca Museum in São Paulo, Brasil. He also took part in a theater show working with a choreographer, dancers and an video artist, performing his liveset combined with modern dance and visuals.
