Yanamaste is the project of Irakli Danelia. Resident DJ of KHIDI. He began to listening electronic music in the age of 14-15 and soon he starting DJing.

When he released track “Odium” for Hayes label was a huge success for him. Matrixxman open his set at Dekmanter festival with Yanamaste’s track also supported from Tensal, Wrong Assessment and many more. He played alongside Developer, DVS1, Psyk, Lucy etc..

Yanamste gain recognition in a short time. As he says electronic music is really important part of his life that’s why he started playing. “I was facing hard times in my life and it was only way to express my emotions.”

After an eventful period, we’re back with the FrenzyPodcast series. This week we’ve invited the Hannover-born Berlin-based duo Lyric. Lyric is formed by Lyza and Ericson, who translate their shared passion for the rhythmic and rolling techno to the dancefloor as residents for Selected (Berlin). Besides bringing their flow through mixes and sets, Lyric also show their potential with their recent releases on Selected and Room Lab, among others.

We are super excited to present the 81st podcast featuring an hour of full-throttle grooves from Mikrotakt!

Sacha Treasure aka Mikrotakt is a London native who grew up in the deep forest of Sweden - This raw groove dealer has already released on the likes of Cantical Records, Catalog 01366, Trau-ma and the aforementioned DifferentSound. With more big releases planned for the rest of the year, there's no sign of slowing down.

From the age of 14 Sacha has been learning his way around DAWs and electronic music, experimenting with old school hip hop. Coming from a very musical background his family encouraged creativity - Learning many instruments throughout his childhood from violin to piano.

Sacha later fell in love with the underground rave scene and the sound of Techno. Since then he has gotten involved where he can and developed his sound.

Mikrotakt can be identified as raw, percussive and groovy. His hybrid sets deliver pounding rhythms full of energy.

As usual, turn up the volume and enjoy the mix!

Her sound, also represented in her productions, is characterized by deep rhythms and blurry vocals which she is recording herself! I-RO, born in Istanbul, began her musical journey with drumming and exploring different genres of music at a young age. Moving to Amsterdam led her to find the music scene that fits her artistic identity and passion. The creative outlet exposed her talents which were quickly picked up by various organizations. 

Her sound is characterized by its hypnotic grooves and surprising elements. To create an effective atmosphere she likes to integrate sound patterns from various sub-genres of techno into her sets (e.g ambient, trance, oldschool, hardgroove). Together with her storytelling skills and desire to stay connected with the dancefloor, her sets are a sensory experience.
