Dukkha es un término que se refiere al sufrimiento, la insatisfacción o el malestar que experimenta la vida. Es un concepto fundamental del budismo y también aparece en el hinduismo y el jainismo. 

Dukkha puede traducirse como dolor, sufrimiento, estrés, enfermedad, desilusión, frustración, incomodidad, sed, malestar, pesar, irritación, presión, angustia, vacío o tensión. 
Es una experiencia psicológica que puede ser consciente o inconsciente. 
Está relacionado con la idea de que todo es impermanente, inasequible y no se puede conocer. 
Es parte de la primera de las Cuatro Nobles Verdades del budismo.

Las Cuatro Nobles Verdades del budismo son fundamentales para comprender la naturaleza del sufrimiento humano y el camino hacia su cese.

breaking Da Bassment Demo Tape to the world was one of the coolest, serendipitous events of my life. i've been in love with the crew since i was a kid. the below blog post was my personal love letter to Da Bassment/Swing Mob, but through that i got to meet so many others who share my passion.
i've had it on good authority that some of the members have heard it, & even Timbo himself was told about the tape.
i guess the main reason i put it up at all was for the historical record, so we had SOMEthing these guys n gals worked on together during their formative years at Dahjelon Studios.

*update as of 15/09/2020:
-there are currently two separate efforts by fans to properly re-master and re-release this tape. hopefully we can have a hi-fi version of it sometime soon.
-it was recently confirmed that the girls from Sugah have re-united over the last few years (Tweet, Sue + Rolita), and are currently in the middle of releasing an EP, possibly followed by an album.
