Technical issues? Still there, a little. Al on the show? Nope, because it's late 90s WCW which means he'd need to watch it. Excellent Conquista-chat? Well, I'm not sure if it's excellent but it's still pretty good! Euan, Cam and Phil return to the WCW well yet again to try and find that elusive really good WCW PPV. Is this the one? Well, it has one ring which is a good start but the card does have Disco Inferno on it so you'll have to listen to the show to get the final word on this one. The show also includes tips on good sports documentaries, a talk on the career of John Landis and Cam's opinion on New Jack. Have we opened Discord yet? Episode XLII: Spring Stampede 1999

It's a week late, thanks to a move to university (insert gif of the bad guy ageing to a skeleton from The Last Crusade) but your latest Conquistabores has finally made it; we're going back to 1994 for King of The Ring! Yep, its the WWF New Generation, its Baltimore and its Art Donovan asking how much you weigh. Is that a bad thing? You'll certainly hear some opinions about that in this show, so pull up a throne next to Cam, Phil, Euan and Hot Sauce Geordie Alan Milburn and join the fun! Sorry, I won't type that again.

Episode LVII: King of The Ring 1994

Due to a combination of sickness and outright forgetfulness its a Three Man Booth for the Conquistabores this week, which is perfect because this week we're looking at Survivor Series 2002! Where teams of three strive to...survive? And there isn't even a proper survivor series match on this one. But what we do have is the first ever Elimination Chamber match so, you know, swings and roundabouts and all that. So, join Cam, Euan and Hot Sauce Geordie Al as they break this one done, figure out how much steel is in the chamber and if this is a good show or not.

Episode LIX: Survivor Series 2002

So here we are; the 10 Year Anniversary Episode of The Conquistabores podcast which, in true fashion, is about 3 months late. But don't let that stop you checking out this great episode as we check out WrestleMania X8! Thats right, as its 10 years since the first show why not do a WrestleMania 10 years on from the first show? By that logic you should have a spoiler for the show we'll be doing in another 10 year. Anyhoo, this show is all about a certain match that has gone down in history, but after we talk about Molly Holly versus The Hurricane we'll have a big old chat about Hulk Hogan versus The Rock and all the daft decisions around this battle of the icons. In amongst that will be all the usual waffle and also a very special guest live from Cameo! Join us as we celebrate 10 years of this nonsense and deal with the realisation of doing this for another 10.

Episode LXIII: WWF WrestleMania X8

The Conquistabores are nothing if not on trend which is why they're looking at a SummerSlam PPV in March. Although, apparently this weekend has seen the hottest day of the year so since we can feel the heat why not do a SummerSlam? And its a belter as well as we head on down to the Old Smoke for SummerSlam 1992 in Merry Old England's very own Wembley Stadium. And thats the old slightly rubbish one, not the newer one, the one with the bad sight lines that peaked with Live Aid. Its a roller coaster of a show, and of a podcast as a extra pint for one Geordie Alan causes all sorts of hilarious carnage. Enjoy!

Episode LXV: WWF SummerSlam 1992

The Conquistabores return! Again! Look, life is tough especially when you’ve got more important stuff to do, like play video games or look after babies. The point is, we’re back and we’re here to talk all about SummerSlam 2002. Cameron, Euan, Phil and Geordie Al are here talking about Kurt Angle versus Ray Mysterio, Rob Van Dam versus…somebody and Rock versus Brock. Along the way you also get a fair bit about what has been going on the in the wrestling world since the last show, lots of stories and confirmation of just which of The Conquistabores have seen Seth Rollins’ junk.

Episode VII: SummerSlam 2002

The Conquistabores return! Thanks to the continued existence of Phil’s new child this new episode was a bit delayed, but no worries because when we did record it was a good one! It was also out of our comfort zone, in that this show’s PPV is from New Japan Pro Wrestling in the form of Wrestle Kingdom 8 in Tokyo Dome! Wait, that’s from this year? And it hasn’t got Hacksaw Jim Duggan in it? Well, it was a wildcard pick and one that was too rich for the blood of Geordie Al so he isn’t here this week but Phil is, delivering a Burning Hammer of Podcast Justice to Euan and Cameron. So, hope you enjoy the show and apologies for the new phrase that gets invented towards the beginning of the show. Still probably a bit too soon but never mind.

Episode VI: Wrestle Kingdom 8 in Tokyo Dome

Back in the ring, its The Conquistabores! Yes, Cameron, Euan, Phil and Geordie Al are taking on the might that is the Survivor Series of 1995. So that means Goldust and The 1 2 3 Kid and a WWF Champion in the form of Diesel. Big Daddy Cool Diesel? Oh God yes. But not only that, you also get a big bit out female Japanese Wrestling. Don’t even ask, just get the show downloaded and listened to then let us know your feedback!

We’re back for round two! If they had rounds in US Pro Wrestling! But no matter, as the full compliment of Conquistabores is right here ON THE INTERNET as Euan Taylor has now decided to join Cameron, Phil and Geordie Al to talk about The King of The Ring ’93! That’s right, the first-ever-inaugural-never-before seen event to crown the first ever-no-really-there-has-never-been-anyone-else King of The Ring! Episode II: King of The Ring 1993

Oh boy! It’s new podcast time! And this one is all about the wrestling! Thats right, join myself, Cameron Philips, Euan Taylor and Geordie Alan Milburn as we tear into wrestling pay per views from the history of the greatest sport of them all.

In this inaugural first episode of The Conquistabores, join Cameron Phil and Geordie Al as they tear their way into what was one of their very first pay per views: WrestleMania VIII. That’s right, the one with the Papa Shango run in! But there is some gold to be found here in this vintage early nineties WWF pay per view, let there be no doubt about that!

Episode I: WrestleMania VIII

It's a Conquista-return as after a couple of Prime Times it's back to the warm and embracing arms of Euan, Cam, Phil and Geordie Al as they set to work on another Pay Per View. This time it's the Royal Rumble from 1992. Yes, it's the Flair Rumble which, given how much they all loved WrestleMania XIII, should mean that this one has a positive response.

But does it though, even with the Greatest Tag Team Of All Time gracing the undercard? Well, you'll just have to listen to find out won't you!

Episode XVI: Royal Rumble 1992

Happy New Year! Yes, this podcast is a good month (or two late) which is entirely the fault of Phil thanks to a combination of illness, laziness and Christmasness.

Also, he only appears for a short while in this show before his router went the way of Jeff Hardy at the end of TLC II. Speaking of which, the remaining Conquistabores spend this show talking about the WWE pay per view No Mercy 1999 which contained the first Tag Team Ladder match between Edge and Christian and The Hardys. Euan, Cameron and Geordie Al pick their way through the tail end of the Vince Russo era (by which we mean overt sexism and daft gimmick matches) to see a match that shifted the industry. And no, not the Good Housekeeping Match. So, apologies for the delay but you should still have a good time with this one! And if you don't then listen to it again and try harder next time, okay?

Episode XXI: WWF No Mercy 1999

OH MY GAHD we're back with another episode of The Conquistabores! On this episode there are unprotected chair shots to the head, inappropriate language and beer all over the place because we're talking about ECW! But not the original era ECW, no, we're talking about the One Night Stand pay per view from 2005! That's right, it's an arena full of drunk fans, bonkers wrestlers and a balcony of heat generating WWE superstars. Cam Euan and Phil pick their way through the broken tables to watch the wrestling show equivalent of a greatest hits album. No Geordie Al though, so thats one less thing to worry about.

Episode XXIII: ECW One Night Stand 2005

Oh boy, we missed a couple of deadlines didn't we? No matter, the Conquistabores finally got their ducks in a row and recorded a new podcast! Yes, you finally get to hear Cam, Phil, Euan and Al all talking about WrestleMania X! Yep, the one with two Yokozuna matches. And THAT match with Crush. Look, it's not the finished moment in wrestling history but there are still some positives to take away which we will get to at some point.

Episode XXV: WrestleMania X

The Conquistabores are back, again, and this time they're ALL IN with All Elite Wrestling as they take a look at the ALL IN pay per view as they're ALL IN etc etc. Yes, it wasn't AEW when they did the show but thats not the point, the point is that for the first time in a while its a non WWE/WCW show. Do they enjoy the raft of indie superstars on the card? What about the NWA title being on the line? And a parade of men in cock suits? Well, that last one you can guarantee they'll enjoy.

Episode XXVII: All In

Grab your stetson and strap on your lycra because we're heading north of the border for some hot wrestling action. Yes, The Conquistabores are heading to Canada to check out a bonkers pay per view that borders on the early WWF Attitude era. See! Bret Hart lead the Hart Foundation against Stone Cold Steve Austin and some other people. Wince! As Undertaker takes on Vader! Gasp! As Jerry Lawler gets to commentate on a match with two Japanese wrestlers and doesn't say anything racist. Yep, this is a weird one which Al doesn't help by giving us all a potted history of the WWF Free for All pre-PPV show. Sounds like a treat this one!

Episode XXVIII: Canadian Stampede

Yes, we have a new episode out! Yes, that quickly! Yes, it did take a global pandemic to get us to record but thats by the by. It's a new podcast! With all kinds of chat about Royal Rumble 2000, the one where Triple H gets ran right through the Cactus Jack grinder to help turn him into a proper main event star. There's also the small matter of a Royal Rumble and the debut of an ECW Legend, so all kids of stuff to have a proper chat about whilst in social isolation!

Anyways, we've watched Beach Blast 1992 and we're here to talk about it making sure no one goes off the top rope because it's not allowed!

A little bit late, but not as late as previous years so thats one thing! It's a stacked card, God help us, but Cam Euan Phil and Geordie Al are here to batter their way through it and find some of the gold within. Is there gold? Maybe. Yes. Yes, there is some.
