Conrad Subs delivers his second album 'The Horizon Leans Forward'

3 years in the making, Conrad takes the listener through his vision of what Drum & Bass music has been in the past, represents today and what it could be in the future. Drawing on influences and sounds from right across the genre and delving deep into it's history to create something rarely seen anymore - a true album. 

Conrad explains 'I wanted to recreate the feeling I had when I was a kid of listening to those classic Drum & Bass albums like 'Colours' by Adam F, 'Timeless' by Goldie, 'Mysteries of Funk' by Grooverider and 'New Forms' By Roni Size & Reprazent. Albums that took you on a journey and that weren't too concerned with radio play or any other outside noise. They just focused on the music. To do that I had to break out of the modern Drum & Bass formula a little, it's harder to express yourself with a 3 minute track at 178bpm. So I chose to just make music and see what happens'

The result is 13 tracks of pure, uncompromising Drum & Bass music, cinematic in scope and underground to it's very core. 'The Horizon Leans Forward' offering you space to place new steps of change.
