Relationships can be a source of great nurturing, love and support. They can also be channels of karmic patterning and pain.  

This meditation is designed to clear a deep rooted pattern that keeps manifesting in your relationships.  this could be a pattern of jealousy, blame, rejection, comparison, disinterest, lack of clear communication, anger, resentment, spite and so on. 

There are several steps to this meditation. 

1.	Feel the pattern that seems to recur in your reality, whether  and so on.  Notice where in the body you feel this pattern, the core of it. The size of it. The movement or lack of movement. The colour or lack of colour. The emotions contained. Then release any energy that does not belong to you, that can at this point be released and invite more light into the space of the pattern. 
2.	Call a person you are having this issue with (either in the present or from your past) and their Higher Self. Let them know you have called them to release anything that is not love between you. Invite light in the space between you and allow any negative cords to be revealed between you. Call the blue flaming sword of Michael and cut all cords, pull them out from your body and throw them to the light of the sun. Then seal your body with light. 
3.	In this angelic light ask for any energetic projections between you to be revealed. These may appear as a cloud of energy or as objects such as darts or daggers. Send all energies into the light of the sun or clear with ultraviolet fire, 
4.	Ask if you have any soul agreements relating to this relational pattern, perhaps from other lifetimes or from the bloodline. If any appear as scrolls or parchments destroy them and burn them in ultraviolet fire, asking that they be cleared multidimensionally. 
5.	Then with this person before you bring to mind this statement: May I be well, may I be happy, may I be free from harm. Then bring to mind the following statement: May you be well, may you be happy, may you be free from harm. Do these statements for yourself and for the other person until you feel a greater sense of neutrality between you. Then let the person go. 
6.	Come back to the original pattern in the body. Notice if it is lighter. In some cases it may have disappered completely. Breath more light into this pattern from the crystalline grid and from the ascension grid. You can also invite a healing colour into this space such as a cool lavender or a light cherry blossom pink. Release what can be released. 
7.	Intend for a new pattern and set of qualities in your relationships to replace the old pattern.

Clearing a Hurtful Relationship Pattern Meditation

This meditation is for men and women who wish to strengthen their connection to the archetypes of the Wild Masculine. This meditation is for men who want to feel more connected to their authentic core. It is also for women who want a more vital relationship with their masculine energy. 

In particular we common four archetypes, the shaman, warrior, lover, and sage. We call the Celtic Goddess Danu and the archangels of the horizontal and vertical planes to hold the space for this process. 

Both men and women have been disconnected from the archetype of the Wild Masculine because it has been viewed, for cultural/religious reasons as being uncivilised, dangerous, and even evil.  Yet, everything in existence is a dance between yin and yang which are opposite and complementary forces. Every being on the planet contains both feminine and masculine energies. 

Within Patriarchal culture, both women and men has been conditioned to believe in a transcendent God that rules the earth like some distant landlord. Patriarchal culture including patriarchal religions have created limiting hierarchies, where those at the top dominate those below. At the top of these structures are the Popes, the Kings, the Presidents and Prime Ministers.

In such systems, men are conditioned to disconnect from their bodies and feelings to overcome physical discomfort, pain, and fear. They are taught that boys do not cry, that grown men should be hard and not soft. So men (and some women) grow up focusing more on thinking and less on feeling. The Wild Masculine is untamed and free, dancing beyond the vice grip of patriarchal systems. 

In our civilised world we have lost touch with the wildness of the life force, we have lost touch with the Wild Feminine and Masculine. The energy of the Wild Masculine can be found dancing through the mountains, wildflowers, sun and stars.

The Wild God Transmission: Embracing the Shaman, Warrior, Lover, Sage.

Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect that acts as a bridge between this ascending 3D worlds and higher worlds of light. Your Higher Self is in a sense your Guardian Angel that watches over your ascension process. This process has involved incarnating into a lower frequency dimension one that is rules by a collective separative type of consciousness. The path of ascension is assisted by the Higher Self who, when the timing is right, begins the process of awakening to higher frequencies of light, possibility and unity consciousness. 

In this transmission we call upon the Higher Self to descend into the body as a glorious golden-orange sun of light. This sun activates and transmits light codes to every chakra from the crown down to the base. Once this is done the Higher Self opens the inner channel and grounds our energy deep into the crystalline core of Gaia. Then the Higher Self begins to open three new centres of power in the body that are essential for the ascension process to continue into higher bands of light, power and grace. These centres are around the Hara, the Higher Heart (between Heart and Throat) and the Well of Dreams (back of head.

The Higher Self Transmission: Activating Three New Centres of Light, Power and Grace.

The astral realm contains sub-dimensions where each one reflects the level of consciousness and vibration of the inhabitants contained therein. The upper astral world is the place where we can meet angels, archangels and masters from the higher realms. The higher astral is where we find various temples of healing and schools of spiritual light and wisdom. The middle astral realm is the place where we often go during the dream state. These realms can be very beautiful and full of light and magic. We can also touch the lower astral in the dream state and also when going through a difficult period in our lives. The lower astral vibrates at the lowest levels of consciousness and vibration. We could think of this place in terms of being the collective repository of ‘evil’ of humanity. Here can be found entities and groups of beings that work within the energy fields of fear, rage, hatred, deceit, helplessness, black magic and so on. 

In this transmission we work with angelic forces to clear any past, parallel or future timelines where lower astral karma and interference is being generated. We also work to clear and return any lost or trapped soul fragments that were split off during a time of trauma in one or more lifetime. This transmission clears all agreements, thoughtforms, implants, imprinting that allows lower astral interference in your reality.

War and violence is one of the conditions of living within the 3D Matrix of separation consciousness. War has been endemic for thousands of years. Empires and nations and risen and fallen through conflict and warfare. Even before recorded history there has been conflict on the earth. From the time of Atlantis and before there has been conflict by ET groups over who should control or have dominion over the earth. 

In the 3D Matrix the warrior archetype holds both destructive capabilities and yet it also holds positive qualities of leadership, courage, resilience and comradeship. As war became the preserve of the soldier who marched in battalions to the orders of those who directed from the rear the positive qualities of the warrior archetype dwindled as the negative capacity for brutality increased. This transmission helps heal the negative experiences of the warrior so that you can embrace the positive qualities for your mission of global service in this ascending timeline. 

In this transmission you can clear lifetimes of violence, war, harm, enslavement or death on the battlefield. This transmission aims to clear enemy patterning which is one of the conditions of the 3D Matrix. Enemy patterning breaks unity consciousness and creates a consciousness of us and them. This allows you to feel obliged, dutybound to harm or be harmed, to kill or be killed, to enslave or be enslaved. This transmission ends with a gift from the Goddess and warriors of light within the 4D Matrix and a request for the return of all positive attributes of the warrior archetype.

The Warrior Transmission: Clearing 3D Enemy Patterning

For this meditation you need to choose a dream, goal, project or desire that you have some resistance in moving forward with. In this meditation we evoke the resistance as energy in your body and work to neutralise it. We then evoke your highest potential of light in this chosen area.

Although the Goddess was banished from the earth over the past few thousand years by Patriarchal religions, yet Her energy could not be completely blocked. In Roman Catholicism the veneration of the Goddess found a channel through the Virgin Mary who was honoured as the mother of Jesus, God incarnate on earth. The cult of the Virgin has its roots in a spiritual tradition much older than Christianity. The cult of the Goddess Isis was formally introduced into the Roman Empire by the Emperor Caligula who constructed a temple to Her in Rome. Her veneration quickly spread throughout the Empire, during the formative years of Christianity, to become the largest cult in the Roman world. 

This transmission arose out of a visit to the Sanctuary of Fatima in Portugal in January 2019 during the time of the blood moon and eclipse. Her energy was not to be found amongst the huge edifices and churches built there in Her honour. Rather, it was found on a nearby hilltop where an angel appeared in 1917 to three shepherd children paving the way for a miracle there witnessed by many thousands of people.  

In this transmission we connect with the energy of the Goddess through the channel of Mary, Mother of Jesus. We call upon three energies to heal a problem or situation. The first energy is that of peace (white) where we surrender all judgement and expectation around the problem. The second energy is that of love (pink) where we send love to all parties involved in this issue. The third energy we invoke is that of transformation or miracle consciousness (aquamarine blue) where we change the molecular structure of the problem or situation allowing for a new reality to arise.

The Mary Transmission: Invoking Angels of Peace, Love and Miracle-Consciousness.

This meditation is used to seal any openings in your energy fields which allows lower entities into your space. This is done initially by your Team in Spirit along with Ultra-Violet Fire Angels. Then Metatron and Sandalphon each open a portal of light. Metatron opens a portal above your crown chakra extracting lower astral entities. Sandalphon opens a portal beneath your feet in the Crystalline Grid extracting any lower elemental energies from your space. Your auric field is finally sealed by Michael.

Entity Extraction Meditation

This meditation is designed to help with the many interlocking elements that has created this current Global Fear Pandemic. 

The first element is that of the Ascension process which is essentially a conflict between the old 'dark' paradigm and the emerging new paradigm of spiritual evolution and light. This level of the meditation clears out the fear you may have absorbed from the collective. This fear is being deliberately amplified by the corporate media machine (that is highly controlled by anti-light forces). This level clears with ultra-violet fire the gut and throat chakra.

The next level is collective trauma – all kingdoms on the earth are suffering trauma because of the impact of unconscious governance and living on the planet. The nervous system is swept with ultra-violet fire.

Finally, there is the level of collective anger, helplessness and despair as far too many are stuck in survival mode. The liver, bladder and gut are swept with ultra-violet fire.

Then we work on shielding you from the new invasive cellular technologies that were introduced at the end of 2019. These are generating microwaves that are impacting the body and our energy fields. We call on the Crystalline Grid to create a Shield of Light. This shield is aided by Crystal Devas of Black Tourmaline and Shungite. Also, Devas of Orgonite and Tachyon. Also, Tree Devas to shield and cleanse your aura of the new microwave frequencies. Then we call upon the angelic energies of ultramarine blue and gold to infuse different parts of the body, especially the throat and lungs.

Finally, we can align with the positive intentions and outcomes of this situation. The collective invoked and allowed this crisis for a number of reasons. These positive outcomes are likely to occur further down the line. These include changes to the way we work, to money, to education, and to the quality of governance around the planet.

Wellness Shield Meditation: Calling on Gaia and Angelic Support.

In this meditation we open a doorway to the fire elemental kingdom of the South. Here we call a Fire Dragon to meet you and take you on a healing journey deeper into the element of fire. Dragon beings can be very helpful at this time in keeping Starseeds clear of lower collective consciousness energies. Working with fire is not only purging it is invigorating. 

Dragons have lots of wisdom to share with us and meditation is a great way to establish a relationship and build rapport with the Dragon Kingdom.

Summoning the Dragon Meditation: Bathing in Cleansing Elemental Fire.

In this remastered meditation we call upon Universal Energy and our Family of Light, to invoke and release a flow of miracles in our reality. Miracle Consciousness is the state of a soul that has stabilised within 5th Level Density. 

In the 3D Matrix miracles are a rarity and when they occur, they are deemed to be due to Divine Providence. As the light is ascending the possibility of mastery is being birthed on the earth-plane. Many Starseeds have incarnated within dense 3D Bloodlines and have inherited limiting and painful stories that block fluidity of movement and manifestation on the earth-plane. Similarly, many Starseeds have incarnated within the 3D Matrix over a number of lifetimes and have been conditioned and imprinted into stories that lead to stuckness, limitation, powerlessness and stagnation.
