When we allow our inner peace to be disturbed then we will find our core vibration drops, our ability to stay in the flow is more challenging and graceful solutions seem harder to find. 

There is much in the world right now that seeks to intrude on our inner peace. Strong emotional reactions from others such as anxiety and anger. Strong judgements and opinions. Anytime we find our inner peace disturbed it is time to go within and release any energy, emotional or mental, disturbing our peace. It is also time to look at our own conditioning, beliefs, ‘rules’ for living and life scripts to see if anything needs to be transformed. 

In this meditation we call upon the Angels of Serenity. We also call upon the chalice of Archangel Gabriel and Ultraviolet fire angels. Gabriel offers his silver chalice which is filled with ultraviolet fire and then placed on an altar within a temple of light in the Crystalline Grid of Gaia. Herein, we are encouraged to release all external judgements, opinions, lower energies that disturb our peace. We also release our judgements and opinions about the world and others that disturb our peace. Within the burning chalice all energies are transmuted. The meditation ends with a transmission of light from the angels of serenity.

Angels of Serenity Transmission: Transmuting Anything that Disturbs Your Peace.

This remastered transmission came into being to help my own nervous system that was feeling frazzled. As always, what works for me I assume will help and assist others in their healing-awakening journey. 

Everything your body does is connected in some way to your nervous system. It assists your consciousness to move, think, speak and learn. It is your internal control mechanism that relates to your senses and memories. It is the system that tells your heart to keep beating and your lungs to keep breathing. In this ascending world there is a lot of volatility and stress. This transmission is designed to help your nervous system release, heal, and upgrade to a new level of vibration. This transmission begins in the heart chakra and from there radiates out into the central and peripheral nervous systems. It is recommended that you repeat this transmission as often as you feel necessary.

Guided Meditation - Letting In Love

In 4D cultures, such as tribal and shamanic cultures, there is an awareness of magic, energy and the use of curses to seek revenge for some slight or wrong. Curses are also still employed to this day in certain cultures in the developing world. A curse can originate from a being, a group, coming down the bloodline, followed you from another lifetime for whatever karmic reason. 

This transmission was released around the time of the solar eclipse (14th October 2023). Dark Forces often use such astrological alignments to launch nefarious operations. 

In this transmission we call upon your Higher Self and Body Elemental to renounce the acceptance of this curse at any level of your physical and energetic being. Along with any feelings of deserving to be cursed, deserving to be persecuted, deserving to suffer. 

We call upon AA Michael and angels working with Michael to stand between you and the being or group sending this curse. Michael to clear all cords, imprints, and associated energies. 

We call upon Psychic surgeons to clear all emotional or mental hooks allowing psychic cords to reattach. Also, remove any etheric devices or seals. 

We call upon AA Sandalphon and all beings working with Sandalphon to stand between you and the energies of any of your bloodline’s channelling to you any curse and associated energies. Also to revoke and clear any energies touching you from curses sent via the bloodline. 

We call upon AA Metatron and all beings working with Metatron to stand between you and any being or group sending a curse in this or any lifetime. Also, to revoke and clear the sending of any curses, whether consciously or unconsciously, to anyone in this lifetime or any other lifetime.
 
We call upon AA Azrael to shield you from any projection of negative self-talk, any projection of hurt or harm or any impulse to do harm, or impulse to sabotage yourself or another in any way. To remove all projection of evil as necessary.

Multidimensional Curse Removal Transmission

A thoughtform is a thought or a group of associated thoughts that are bound together with intense emotion. Thoughtforms are mental, emotional and also elemental structures that exist within the pale starlight of the Astral Plane, but also have a certain existence on the physical plane. Some thoughtforms have a facsimile of life, like a virus that seeks to infect the mental and emotional bodies. 

There can exist thoughtforms of raw emotion such as fear, hate, sorrow. There can also be thoughtforms of intense peace, joy or bliss that can be created. An example being where many Buddhist monks come together to meditate on peace. 

Please note that sensitives/psychics are prone to being influenced by thoughtforms. This is why this transmission is probably important to many Starseeds following this channel. 

Thoughtforms can bleed through from other lifetimes. This happens when some sort of trigger sets this off, such as a film or an incident that somehow relates to an original other lifetime experience. 
 
Some thoughtforms can create intense conflict and even drive people to extreme violence. A thoughtform is created by two or more beings that focus intently on something. A thoughtform of violence can be created in places where violence occurs such as a home of domestic violence, a place where a murder has taken place, a battlefield. 

Most thoughtforms are created unconsciously such as a group that focuses on hating an issue or another group. Negative thoughtforms of hate are one of the reasons behind some of the most insidious wars happening on the planet right now. 

Thoughtforms can also be created consciously, and this is the realm of the magician both black and white. An example of a dark thoughtform can be found in certain conspiracy theories where something is deliberately created by dark magicians that is not true or partially true and is infected with a powerful thoughtform. This closes the mind and creates the need to strongly argue and defend the idea even in the face of contrary evidence. Some thoughtforms attach to one host as the primary host, then infect everyone else around them. This feels like a form of possession. 
An example of a positive thoughtform is where a group create a focus such as protecting an area against any form of harm. I have created protective thoughtforms in many of the homes I lived in. A coven of witches may create a healing thoughtform through ritual singing and visualisation to send to someone. A powerful example of a protective thoughtform happened during WW2 when a magical group did ritualistically create one around Britain. This was at a time the country was in danger of being invaded which helped ward off invasion and may have even planted the idea into the minds of those opposing Britain to focus elsewhere. 

The power of a thoughtform depends on the number of people simultaneously focusing on that same thoughtform for extended periods of time. The power of a thoughtform also depends on the intensity of the need or drive behind it and the intensity of emotion evoked while focusing on it.

Did you know you have a hundred million neurons (also called nerve cells or brain cells) in your intestines? The gut is now being referred to by many scientists as the gut-brain. How To Practice The ‘Head-Heart-Gut’ Check In 

We make a lot of decisions every day and these decisions are what determine the direction and quality of our lives. Some are little. Some are completely life altering. All of them matter as you steer the course of your life at each little juncture.

Any time you’re at a decision point you can use this mini meditation to respond (and not react)  to what is arising with with wisdom and intelligence, making more mindful choices leading to a fuller happier more authentic life.

Step 1: Take three deep slow conscious breaths as a way of gathering your awareness to the present moment.

Step 2: Take a deep slow breath as you take your attention to the head and notice what kinds of thoughts are present in relation to the current situation. 

Step 3: Drop awareness down to the heart area as you take another deep slow breath. Take a moment to attend to what values you have in this situation, what you care about and what your deepest intention is. 

Step 4: Drop awareness down into the gut. As you take another breath, acknowledge any hunches, intuitions or emotions that are present.

Step 5: Collect all this Information and take another breath in and out as you mentally ask yourself the question “what shall I do now?” Listen for the answer.

The ‘Head-Heart-Gut’ Check In can be done in just seven breaths. This powerful, simple mini meditation will help you connect to your whole self in the moments when you need it the most.
