“Suksma” means “Thank You” in Balinese.
Gratitude is a powerful energy that we can channel into our hearts and that will raise our vibration instantly. Being grateful for something is a state of acknowledging what we already have in this present moment and therefore we vibrate a state of “having” in contrast to the state of “lack”. So not only does it feel good to be grateful, this state will also attract into our lives more things and events to be grateful for by the means of resonance.

Frank Fable has created a Sound Journey that can support and amplify our state of gratitude.

“For me the feeling of gratitude reflects a state where everything I need is already here and I can relax
because there is nothing that needs to be done in order to get something else. I can rest and let go of the worries. For this Sound Journey I  chose sounds and frequencies that reflect this state of floating and being weightless.

I also included the following healing frequencies and tuned the instruments to the tuning of the heart chakra.

GRATITUDE - what magnitude, an amplitude of LOVE

Starting a project I often speak an intuitive poem as my text score and guide. Every morning I journal  3 things I am grateful for and I connect to my heart. The constant heart beat was a basic part for this track and the sound is from my TamTam Gong. I wanted sounds which were recorded with a loving & pure intention - so I included the recording of some of my own Tibetan Bowls for this extra long vibration. The journey is supposed to hold space and help in your transformational gratitude-journey.

Gratitude brings us closer to feel our eternal Soul.

The Hidden Agenda of the Universe

Druids were ancient Celtic priests, wise ones, spiritual teachers, and legal authorities who were highly regarded members of society. According to the Roman General Julius Caeser (who conquered the Celtic tribes in Gaul and Britain) Druidic lore consisted of a large number of memorized verses, that could take up to twenty years to complete their course of study. Druids play a prominent role in Irish folklore, generally serving lords and kings as high ranking priest-counselors with the gift of prophecy and other assorted mystical abilities.

In this transmission we meet a guide in the form of a stag or deer that leads you through a landscape to a Temple of the Druids. Here we call upon those Druids in the higher planes of reality that have acheived a high degree of spiritual growth and spiritual advancement to come and assist. The Druids sing two songs, the first is to clear all stagnant emotional/mental energies of self-depreciation, self-criticism, self-disgust, self-hate. The second is to invoke a higher healing light. This light seeks to fill all empty void spaces. This energy is one of connection to nature, connection to the Universe. This song carries qualities of love, peace and harmony.

Archangels/Ascended Beings of Lyra Transmission

This transmission amplifies the light in the astral body, which is a body of light which enables us to travel in different dimensions. When we finally leave this mortal body, our Spirit will travel to the Spirit Worlds in such a Body of Light. This body may feel like a field of light, it may also feel like a lighter version of the physical body.

Astral Light Body Transmission: Four Gateways into the Spirit Worlds

Higher Light Decree: Interrupting Darkness with Divine Light

In this transmission created on the 10th November 2025 in preperation for the 11:11 Gateway we call on Archangels from Central Sun of the Pleiades, and Ascended Beings from the Pleiades to create a white column of light. 

In this column a certain alchemy takes place. There is a transformation of fear, despair and paranoia with love vibrations. Transforming anything arising due to the end of one age and the beginning of another. Clearing all dark futures. Transforming  fear of dark alien races attacking or taking over the earth.
