In this meditation we open the timeline going back to you as a baby in your mother’s womb. You are going back in time with considerable support from the angels and your team in Spirit, to clear, heal and welcome the baby you into the world. 

In this meditation you request a golden light to be sent into the womb of your mother. This light acts like a beautiful fine golden net, cleansing and strengthening the womb space. Then this light is sent to the umbilical cord, to filter any lower energies you are receiving from your mother. Then light is sent to your cells, to the DNA, to the forming bones and blood, to the forming organs and to all forming systems. 

Towards the end of the meditation there is a transmission of love to your Mother and your Maternal Bloodline. Then to yoru father and Paternal Bloodline.  Finally there is a transmission from your team in Spirit and angelsto the child in the womb of your mother that depends on your unique soul nature.

The Family of Light are a group of beings incarnate on the  earth now that come from higher dimensions of light. These beings are known as wanderer souls or starseeds. They are here to assist the process of Planetary Ascension. 

This transmission is intended to support Starseeds in waking up and connecting to their true stellar origins. It also works to clear confusion and separation along the (past) timeline from the present to the young adult years, adolescent years, childhood and all the way back to the womb. This remastered transmission (originally uploaded April 2019) assists Starseeds to incorporate light as part of their daily intake of energy. This is part of the shift from 3D density to a lighter 5D physical body. The body cannot get all of its nutrients from physical food. The soil of the planet is mostly too degraded. We need a higher frequency of light to start replacing the heavier aspects of our diet. Please note, this transmission is not intended to shift you into giving up all physical food. This is not the intention. Rather it will assist in shifting the diet to include more light.

There are a number of aspects to this transmission. First, we must reverse the Patriarchal myth that the sun is essentially masculine. The sun, like the earth, has both masculine and feminine poles. In ancient times the sun was believed to be feminine. When we return to this ancient understanding then we can view the sun as nurturer, as provider. Then we can align with this intelligent energy source and be fed by Her rays. We do this by aligning our Body Elemental/Body Consciousness so that it can drink in and absorb these rays.

Living on Light Transmission: Expanding Your Capacity for Absorbing Prana.

This meditation is used to seal any openings in your energy fields which allows lower entities into your space. This is done initially by your Team in Spirit along with Ultra-Violet Fire Angels. Then Metatron and Sandalphon each open a portal of light. Metatron opens a portal above your crown chakra extracting lower astral entities. Sandalphon opens a portal beneath your feet in the Crystalline Grid extracting any lower elemental energies from your space. Your auric field is finally sealed by Michael.

In this remastered meditation (originally uploaded June 2019) the focus is on healing first all karma first with your mother: cords, contracts, conditioning, stories and trapped energies. When this is done there is a clearing and releasing of any earthbound energies stuck on the bloodline. This is followed by a clearing of one main story or pattern affecting this lifetime that is inherited from the mother-line. When all of this is done the process is repeated with father and father-line.

Healing the Bloodline Meditation: Releasing Stuck 3D Patterns and Energies

In this meditation we evoke anything that is not flow from your past and then release and upgrade all energies therein. We also invoke your Infinite-Multidimensional Self to evoke a greater sense of flow in your being and in your reality. 

Flow is a psychological and energetic state whereby we feel at one with our core essence and at one with the Universe. Flow is a state of total absorption that many creative-artists know. Creative projects including painting a picture, dancing, writing a book/blog and starting or building a business. Many athletes also know about flow though they call it the Zone – a psychological space where mind and body work in perfect sync and movements seem to flow without conscious effort. The Zone is the ability to perform at your highest level in whatever domain of life you wish to enhance, it is not a phenomenon exclusive to art or sports. Effortless being and doing is a spiritual principle from Taoist philosophy that encourages pausing and resting from needless action and going with the flow. Effortless being and doing is like flowing water – it can flow around obstacles to where it needs to go. Effortless being and doing does not seek to ‘push the river’. Effortless being and doing is about going with the flow.

Embracing the Flow Meditation: Aligning with Universal Intelligence.

Starseeds often face issues of abandonment because they feel different. Abandonment programming can come from conditioning in this life. It can come through a rejection by the bloodlines. It can come from other lifetimes. 

The core issue of abandonment can come from ancient times. There can be a deep feeling that God Goddess/All That Is has abandoned them. This began with the descent in frequency in Lemuria from 5D to 4D and continued with the fall of Atlantis where humanity fell from 4D to the density of a 3D earth. 

In this lifetime, Starseeds are often cast as the rainbow sheep of the family. Perhaps their human need for physical and emotional care was not adequately met. Perhaps one or both parents were emotionally unavailable. Abandonment issues can be generated by one or both parents: suppressing the child’s need for authentic emotional expression, ridiculing the child for being different, using the child to enhance their own self-worth in some way, or by placing too high an expectation and pressure on the child, needing to be parented by the child. Perhaps there may have been a feeling of unsafety or perhaps physical, emotional or sexual abuse. Also, if one or both parents were physically not present. 
 
Abandonment may occur in childhood and be compounded in adolescence and adulthood. Abandonment patterns often play out in adult relationships and tend to lead to issues around trust and intimacy.

The Eden Transmission: Healing Abandonment, Restoring a Sense of Deep Connection and Belonging.

Why do we hold on to the past? Why does it feel difficult to let go of certain painful experiences? The main reason is the emotional charge attached to a past experience that seeks completion or resolution. Instead of completion or resolution the emotional charge causes us to relive the experience in our consciousness. We may find ourselves thinking about this experience for many years later. As well as the emotional charge of the event there may also be the judgements of others or/and our own self-judgements that continue to maintain the emotional charge and the memory obsessively looping in our consciousness. 

This meditation helps to release unhappy or toxic memories and neutralises associated emotional charges such as anger, or anxiety or guilt and shame over past mistakes. It helps the past to naturally find its own avenue of completion within you.
 
Use this meditation when: 
You keep obsessively playing a ‘negative’ event over and over in your mind, you feel stressed or ashamed over your involvement in a past event.

Releasing the Past Meditation: Transforming Unhappy, Tragic and Toxic Memories.

In this meditation we begin to connect with those areas of suppressed anger in the body. Since like attracts like suppressed anger can lead to an accumulation of anger that does not even belong to you. This anger is purified and released from your body, Then the meditation focuses on two aspects, the protection/controlling part of you that seeks to block anger and the part of you that is the suppressed anger. We could call these the prison guard and the prisoner. Working with your Higher Self the energy of the prison guard is shifted and it is given a new role in your energy field. Then the anger within you that is yours is cleansed and released. The channel for clean expression of this anger is then opened. The meditation ends with a calling back of all fragmented light that needs to be transformed and returned to your energy fields. 

Anger is energy and energy, like water, needs to flow and be expressed. There are two issues that are problematic around anger. One is where anger is over expressed in judgemental, aggressive and even violent ways. The other is where anger is blocked or suppressed which can create passive aggressive responses to life. Suppressed anger can be an underlying cause of anxiety and depression. Suppressed Anger can affect thinking and behaviour patterns and in turn disrupt relationships. Suppressed anger can contribute to a number of health issues such as fatigue, high blood pressure, headaches etc. Starseeds, because of their empathic nature, tend to block, disown and suppress anger.

Transforming Suppressed Anger Meditation: With Cleansing Elemental and Angelic Fire.

This meditation is designed to help with the many interlocking elements that has created this current Global Fear Pandemic. 

The first element is that of the Ascension process which is essentially a conflict between the old 'dark' paradigm and the emerging new paradigm of spiritual evolution and light. This level of the meditation clears out the fear you may have absorbed from the collective. This fear is being deliberately amplified by the corporate media machine (that is highly controlled by anti-light forces). This level clears with ultra-violet fire the gut and throat chakra.

The second element is that of collective guilt. Over the past few centuries the collective has been increasingly out of balance with nature. There is a collective trashing the planet, with unethical farming and fishing. Many species are becioming extinct. Gaia is now reacting. This level clears the heart and lungs with ultra-violet fire.

The next level is collective trauma – all kingdoms on the earth are suffering trauma because of the impact of unconscious governance and living on the planet. The nervous system is swept with ultra-violet fire.

Finally, there is the level of collective anger, helplessness and despair as far too many are stuck in survival mode. The liver, bladder and gut are swept with ultra-violet fire.

Then we work on shielding you from the new invasive cellular technologies that were introduced at the end of 2019. These are generating microwaves that are impacting the body and our energy fields. We call on the Crystalline Grid to create a Shield of Light. This shield is aided by Crystal Devas of Black Tourmaline and Shungite. Also, Devas of Orgonite and Tachyon. Also, Tree Devas to shield and cleanse your aura of the new microwave frequencies. Then we call upon the angelic energies of ultramarine blue and gold to infuse different parts of the body, especially the throat and lungs.

When this is done we ask your Body Elemental to synch with the guidance of your HS and team in Spirit to allow you to be guided towards certain beneficial situations and away from potential harmful or limiting situations. We then ask for any guidance or requirements to shift your lifestyle more in line with the 5D timeline, including: nutrition, exercise, activities, situations and people.

Finally, we can align with the positive intentions and outcomes of this situation. The collective invoked and allowed this crisis for a number of reasons. These positive outcomes are likely to occur further down the line. These include changes to the way we work, to money, to education, and to the quality of governance around the planet.

Wellness Shield Meditation: Calling on Gaia and Angelic Support.

This is a training meditation to help you awaken your inner senses. 

Just as you have outer senses you also have inner senses. We could call these inner senses a doorway to your inner worlds. We use the inner senses in meditation and in dreaming. Consciously awakening the inner senses allow you to become more aware of what is happening within your psyche. Your inner senses allow you to sense energy in your environment.
