05 Healing the Heart

Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect that acts as a bridge between this ascending 3D worlds and higher worlds of light. Your Higher Self is in a sense your Guardian Angel that watches over your ascension process. This process has involved incarnating into a lower frequency dimension one that is rules by a collective separative type of consciousness. The path of ascension is assisted by the Higher Self who, when the timing is right, begins the process of awakening to higher frequencies of light, possibility and unity consciousness. 

In this transmission we call upon the Higher Self to descend into the body as a glorious golden-orange sun of light. This sun activates and transmits light codes to every chakra from the crown down to the base. Once this is done the Higher Self opens the inner channel and grounds our energy deep into the crystalline core of Gaia. Then the Higher Self begins to open three new centres of power in the body that are essential for the ascension process to continue into higher bands of light, power and grace. These centres are around the Hara, the Higher Heart (between Heart and Throat) and the Well of Dreams (back of head.

Lemuria was a high vibrational civilisation situated in the continent of Mu in the Pacific Ocean many thousands of years ago. Lemuria experienced a long Golden Age before its eventual decline.  This was part of the collective descent from a more feminine 5D consciousness to our present more masculine dominated dense material world. 

The Lemurians had less dense bodies than we now have on this earth-plane. They were very attuned with the Goddess energy of the Earth and the Elemental Kingdom. They had an extensive understanding of the many healing properties of the earth, especially crystals.  

Many understood that the civilisation of Lemuria would end. Some decided not to experience the fall in consciousness and moved to the inner earth where they created a new civilisation. Those that chose to descend into 4-3D consciousness left by sea to populate other lands. The peoples of a number of the Pacific Islands, including Hawaii and New Zealand, are descendants of Lemuria. Also, some North American Indian tribes originate from Lemuria. 

As the light increases on the planet, many Starseeds are remembering lifetimes in Golden Lemuria. This is all part of the awakening process and bringing heaven once again to this earth-plane. This transmission will assist you in remembering your participation in Golden Lemuria. This in turn will assist you in stepping more gracefully into the higher frequencies of light in this time of transition from dark to light on the planet.

Golden Lemuria Transmission: Remembering What Has Been and What Will Come Again.

Inanna is an ancient Goddess associated with love, beauty, fertility, and power. Inanna was worshiped in Sumer at least as early as 4000 BC and she became one of the most widely venerated deities in the Sumerian pantheon with temples across Mesopotamia. She later was worshiped later as the Phoenician Goddess Astarte and later still was worshiped as the Greek goddess Aphrodite. Inanna’s most famous myth concerns Her descent into and return from the Sumerian Underworld. 

The myth of Inanna outlines the loss and re-emergence of the goddess across the planet. She leaves through seven gates and at each gate she is asked to surrender a piece of clothing or jewelry. This journey into the underworld represents the gradual loss of Divine Feminine gifts and qualities to humanity. After a period of absence, she is allowed to return and She returns through seven gates and at each She reclaims her clothes and jewelry.
This transmission is a healing of the loss of the Divine Feminine across the planet. It also is an opening to Her return. 

**The First Gate opened in the 60’s. A time of Flower Power and love. There arose a wave of feminist activity. Many spiritual teachers and channels emerged.
**The Second Gate was in the 90’s where many started to awaken and shift into 4d. More pioneering teachers and healers emerged. Also, the Internet emerged.
**The Third Gate was just before 2012, this was a major gateway for humanity. Many here many woke up and realised the nature of ascension and role of Starseeds.
**The Fourth Gate opened between 2014-20, a time many Starseeds began to awaken to the antics, deception, manipulation of Lower Dark Forces on the planet. 
**The Fifth Gate continues to open 2020-25 where many in the human collective are waking up through certain revelations rather than spiritual practice. This gateway is major shift in the collective consciousness away from darkness. 
**The Sixth Gate is due to open around 2030-32. At this point there is another very important planetary shift away from the leadership and rule of Darkness into a greater alignment across the planet to the light. 
**The Seventh Gate is due to open around 2050.

Although many consider past lives in terms of healing a trauma effecting this lifetime, past lives can also be accessed to reclaim a skill, talents or soul quality that was developed in another lifetime. You may have developed a great talent as an artist, dancer, healer, musician, or perhaps as an entrepreneur or leader. Archangel Michael and Seraphim Transmission: Clearing/Opening Your Highest 5D Ascension Timeline.

This meditation seeks to neutralise any limitations coming from the mind and also the bloodlines to you experiencing a more complete and fulfilling experience of the eternal flow of Universal Abundance. 

1. Call one thought or idea that gets in the way of your abundance such as: I do not feel I deserve total abundance or I am not worthy of abundance, or I am not smart enough or capable enough or strong enough to generate abundance, or I am not the right class or gender or race, or there is only so much to go around, or my abundance detracts from that of others, or abundance comes and goes – mostly it goes. Surrender this to the Solar Grid. Transform this thought into a more expansive thought.  

2. Call on the energy of the Motherline. Invoke any energy, story or agreement that gets in the way of your abundance. Any trauma, heartbreak or loss. Surrender to the Solar Grid. Expand the potential light you can allow in thru the Crystalline Grid. Allow a more abundant energy from the motherline, even if you have to go back many generations to connect with that! Then repeat for the Fatherline. 

3. Focus on the Unlimited Abundance of the Universe. You can open to an abundance of… whatever you want (connection, friendship, money, opportunities, achievement, success).  Notice a great expansion in the light you can hold. Imagine each cell in the body opening like a mini-sun, drinking light from the Universal Source of abundance.
