Your Self is beyond all change, all improvement; it cannot be damaged or hurt or stained by any thought or any action [...] Remain as you are now. How can you not remain as you are? Only by touching the thought, 'I am something else -- I am this body, I am mind, I am thought, I am past, I am man or I am woman.' All these are secondary to you, not original. Original is that you are Supreme Being. Be one with this. Be one with this."

Archangel Michael and Seraphim Transmission: Clearing/Opening Your Highest 5D Ascension Timeline.

In ancient Irish tradition it is said that the Tuatha De Danann (Faery Races) came from the stars. The Faery Races left the earth-plane as humanity descended in consciousness and vibration. They retreated into the faery mounds, disappearing from this world into the underworld. This happened, in different parts of the world, before and after the fall of Atlantis. In the inner earth they built “four cities that no mortal eye has seen but that the soul knows; these are Gorias in the East; and Finias in the South, and Murias in the West; and Falias in the North.” The Faery People brought with them into their cities four sacred tools of power. These sacred tools are: the sword of the element of air (from the city of Gorias), the spear of the element of fire (from the city of Finias), the cauldron of the element of water (from the city of Murias), and the stone of the element of Earth (from the city of Falias).

In this meditation we invoke the Faery races to assist us in our ascension process and rise in consciousness where again humanity and the Faery Races will be able to interact cooperatively.

Inner Earth, Faery Light Meditation

This meditation is for adults who wish to strengthen their connection to the Unicorn Race. It is also intended to heal the adaptive, conditioned, wounded child/children within and liberating the magical child. 

This meditation can also be used for children that feel a connection to the Unicorn Beings. If a child is listening to this then the parent or guardian needs to explain the concept of wounded child and magical child. There was a time where higher frequency races such as the Unicorns were more easily available to beings on the 5D earth-plane. This connection began to wane during the end period of Lemuria when humanity began a slow descent in consciousness. 

Unicorns are soul healers that are connected to angelic realm. They are returning at this time to assist Starseeds in shifting into 5D. Many Starseeds have a strong connection to the Unicorns and many Starseed children especially feel a connection to Unicorns as guides and helpers.

Morning Spiritual Exercise ~ How to Live as Presence

This meditation seeks to neutralise any limitations coming from the mind and also the bloodlines to you experiencing a more complete and fulfilling experience of the eternal flow of Universal Abundance. 

1. Call one thought or idea that gets in the way of your abundance such as: I do not feel I deserve total abundance or I am not worthy of abundance, or I am not smart enough or capable enough or strong enough to generate abundance, or I am not the right class or gender or race, or there is only so much to go around, or my abundance detracts from that of others, or abundance comes and goes – mostly it goes. Surrender this to the Solar Grid. Transform this thought into a more expansive thought.  

2. Call on the energy of the Motherline. Invoke any energy, story or agreement that gets in the way of your abundance. Any trauma, heartbreak or loss. Surrender to the Solar Grid. Expand the potential light you can allow in thru the Crystalline Grid. Allow a more abundant energy from the motherline, even if you have to go back many generations to connect with that! Then repeat for the Fatherline. 

3. Focus on the Unlimited Abundance of the Universe. You can open to an abundance of… whatever you want (connection, friendship, money, opportunities, achievement, success).  Notice a great expansion in the light you can hold. Imagine each cell in the body opening like a mini-sun, drinking light from the Universal Source of abundance.
