Purple Silver Sparkles - Sleep Meditation for Kids with Liz Findlay

This offering includes an exercise at the end to begin to embrace dark and light shadow aspects. 

The concept of the shadow began with Carl Jung who saw this work as important for anyone on the path of individuation. Individuation could also be another word for waking up in the sleepy world. Jung saw the shadow as containing both light and dark shadow energies. What this means is that the shadow contains not just seemingly destructive aspects of the personality, but also potent, creative, and powerful gifts and capabilities. 

This ascension news offering came about because of a comment on my recent transmission called Angelic and Star Races Support. The comment was about whether this track was “…harmful to the shadow self? Because I do not want her harmed in any way or the connection to my natural darkness.” So, it seemed that this was a nudge from the Universe to speak about the important topic of shadow selves.

The Solar-Gaia circuit is the natural channel that runs through our energy fields keeping us connected to heaven and earth. In this meditation, Michael and Metatron create a sphere of light calling on energies from great the Central Sun along with electric blue angelic fire. 

Into this fire you are invited to release all lower energies coming from the mass media. We ask for a release of all disinformation,  misinformation, opinion, judgement, anxiety, fear and sexual manipulation from any media source whether that be TV, internet, films, documentaries, video clips, newspapers, or magazines. 

In this meditation we include anything you have picked up from radio waves or any energy waves plus anything you have picked up from the energy fields and realities of others. Take several deep breaths, until you feel your body completely relaxed. Find a comfortable position standing up or seated on the chair with your spine straight and relax your body. Please know that you are guided by the Spirit and you can ask your presence I Am and your Higher Self to assist you in this process.

The Pleiadians, are our cousins from another planetary system. They are intertwined with our history. They are a collective comprised of different races located in the Pleiades system. They are here to assist us in our evolutionary step into a higher octave of light.
