This meditation is designed to assist Starseeds at this time in three ways:

1. To revitalise the physical body and etheric body by bringing in pristine elemental energies from a past pristine earth (Pliocene Age). 
2. To strengthen the body's immune system by connecting with a Future Self that has learnt to neutralise the effects of harmful man-made radiation.

Purple Silver Sparkles - Sleep Meditation for Kids with Liz Findlay

This offering includes an exercise at the end to begin to embrace dark and light shadow aspects. 

The concept of the shadow began with Carl Jung who saw this work as important for anyone on the path of individuation. Individuation could also be another word for waking up in the sleepy world. Jung saw the shadow as containing both light and dark shadow energies. What this means is that the shadow contains not just seemingly destructive aspects of the personality, but also potent, creative, and powerful gifts and capabilities. 

This ascension news offering came about because of a comment on my recent transmission called Angelic and Star Races Support. The comment was about whether this track was “…harmful to the shadow self? Because I do not want her harmed in any way or the connection to my natural darkness.” So, it seemed that this was a nudge from the Universe to speak about the important topic of shadow selves.

The Solar-Gaia circuit is the natural channel that runs through our energy fields keeping us connected to heaven and earth. The Pleiadians, are our cousins from another planetary system. They are intertwined with our history. They are a collective comprised of different races located in the Pleiades system. They are here to assist us in our evolutionary step into a higher octave of light. 

Pleiadian Space craft are surrounding our planet at the moment, along with ships from other systems. These ships are not 3rd dimensional ships as they exist within the 4th dimension.

Many of the world's cultures have a belief in the evil eye. It is mentioned in Roman and Greek texts as well as the Quran and Bible. The Evil Eye is a projection of negative energy from a person or group of individuals. The most common reasons that generate this is jealousy or feeling rejected, insulted or slighted in some way. Negative projections can be sent consciously or unconsciously.
