It's your bedtime and in this meditation, you will be given your very own bag of purple silver sparkles to get your bedroom ready. These are very special purple silver sparkles that clean out all the horrible energy. This helps to make your bedroom feel calm and safe so you can relax. You will also meet your own special angel who will hold your hand and join you on all adventures in your dreams.

Note to parents: 
This meditation is ideal for young kids up to the age of about 8 to help them gently relax and drift off to sleep. It is specifically beneficial for crystal children, rainbow and star children as the content helps to develop their imaginations while giving them tools to use for their own energetic protection. Purple Silver Sparkles - Sleep Meditation for Kids with Liz Findlay

It is recommended to do this meditation often, perhaps daily. If possible aim to do this meditation at either 8am or 8pm in your time zone. 

This meditation is designed for the Starseed Family of Light to come together and create a wave of light across the globe. 
This meditation allows you to connect with other communities of light and places of light across the earth. it also allows you to send this collective light to places that hold the least amount of light across the planet.

Super Quick Daily Light Meditation: Sending a Wave of Light across the Globe.

This transmission calls Angelic Support including Arch Angel Azrael and Angels holding the blueprint of Clear Quartz and also Angels holding the blueprint of Garden Rose from the Crystalline Grid to clear the bloodline of either the Mother or Fatherline. 

**** PLEASE NOTE **** only one line can be cleared at a time so this transmission will need to be repeated to cover both lines. 

This transmission clears the nervous system of lower 3D energies of fear and rage. It then opens a doorway to one of the bloodlines where:
