Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships.
In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to prepare for this process. This prepares the way for the loving kindness process. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”). The steps in this transmission are as follows:

* Focus on the cycle of breath. * Call Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel) who hold the horizontal space around you. * Then we call Metatron and Sandalphon to hold the vertical space. * We then call the Higher Self. * After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we like or love. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel neutral about. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel challenged by. “May you be well. May you be happy. May I be free from harm.” * Finally, we release and thank all the horizontal and vertical angelic forces and our Higher Self.

There are a number of Starseeds on this planet with Andromedan connections. Andromeda is a beautiful system with many helpful races. Some of these are humanoid and others are taller and have the appearance of great winged angels. This winged race has long connections with the earth. You can think of these beings in this transmission as angels or as star beings (although here I have referred to them as angels). The frequency of these beings is extremely loving and wise.

In this transmission you will be held by six archangels from the earth plane along with four Andromedan angels who create a grid of rainbow crystal light around you. Within this grid you receive a transmission of rainbow crystal light to clear aspects of your physical body as well as a transmission of light that is sent via your energy fields deep within the crystalline grid of the earth to promote a deep healing and cleansing within Gaia and all kingdoms of nature including the human kingdom.

Andromedan Starseed Rainbow Crystal Light Transmission: Channeling a Deep Healing Light Into Gaia.

This transmission is designed to help you experiencing becoming a clear and pure channel for healing energies. These healing energies are transmitted through you and come from the Cosmic Christ Grid which is held by Archangel Metatron and many angelic beings. The space is also held for you by your Higher Self and I Am Presence (Spirit). 

You can use this transmission to send healing energies to another person no matter where they are in the world. This transmission is designed to send healing for another person who is incarnate. It is better that there is no major emotional issue going on between you, if so then another transmission such as the Ultra-Violet Angelic Transmission would work better. You can use this for a loved one who needs healing. For instance, you may have a good friend or relative who needs healing. You may be a parent of a Starseed who needs some healing help. It is better that you have some emotional connection to the person rather than someone you know through another party. 

Before the healing work can begin it is important to ask permission of the other person’s Higher Self. This part is included before the transmission to the other begins. You need to tune in and get a sense whether or not you have permission. If you get a sense of no then do not proceed otherwise if the response feels neutral or positive you can go ahead. 

The work focuses on clearing low frequency energies in the physical body and also the energy fields of another person. This transmission includes space for healing two other people. You can repeat this transmission as often as you wish with as many people as you wish. As you work to clear others you also receive a healing and clearing in the process.

Metatronic Healing Light Transmission: Transmitting a Cleansing Healing Light to Another Person

Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect that acts as a bridge between this ascending 3D worlds and higher worlds of light. Your Higher Self is in a sense your Guardian Angel that watches over your ascension process. This process has involved incarnating into a lower frequency dimension one that is rules by a collective separative type of consciousness. The path of ascension is assisted by the Higher Self who, when the timing is right, begins the process of awakening to higher frequencies of light, possibility and unity consciousness. 

In this transmission we call upon the Higher Self to descend into the body as a glorious golden-orange sun of light. This sun activates and transmits light codes to every chakra from the crown down to the base. Once this is done the Higher Self opens the inner channel and grounds our energy deep into the crystalline core of Gaia. Then the Higher Self begins to open three new centres of power in the body that are essential for the ascension process to continue into higher bands of light, power and grace. These centres are around the Hara, the Higher Heart (between Heart and Throat) and the Well of Dreams (back of head.

Sekhmet is one of the oldest known Egyptian deities. Her name is derived from the Egyptian word "Sekhem" which means "power" or "might". Other titles include: “The Devouring One,” “Warrior Goddess,” “Protectress of the Divine Order,” “Lady of Jubilation” and “The Beautiful Light,” Sekhmet, the divine manifestation of the lioness-woman, encompassed all of these aspects. She was called upon by royalty, warriors, healers and priests, for Her strength and power. She was truly known also as, “The Incomparable One.” She is depicted as a lion-headed woman, often with a sun disc on her head.  She was also closely associated with Hathor (the goddess of music, dance, sexual love, pregnancy and birth) and She was seen as the warrior aspect of Hathor. She was also, most importantly, the patron of physicians, and healers and was worshipped as a goddess of healing. 

The Goddess Sekhmet has strong connections for Starseeds with Sirian connections and especially Blue-Ray Starseeds. For those on the path who are awakening Sekhmet comes as a healing force of love. For those resisting the path Sekhmet often appears in her fierce warrior aspect.  

In this transmission, we meet the Goddess Sekhmet in a temple on the earth-plane. Here you will release any trauma you are holding around being a healer or working as a master of light. Then you will be transported by Sekhmet to a Sirian Temple of Light, guarded by Sirian Archangels and Masters of Light. Here, Sekhmet and many light beings will work on your energy fields awakening memories and channels of power to a lifetime where you worked as a healer or master of light.

For this meditation you need to choose a dream, goal, project or desire that you have some resistance in moving forward with. In this meditation we evoke the resistance as energy in your body and work to neutralise it. We then evoke your highest potential of light in this chosen area.

In this transmission we invoke Archangel Jophiel and the Citrine-Gold Ray in three ways, as uplifter, as inspirer and as protector of our light. 

There are three main aspects of Archangel Jophiel we invoke in this transmission. Firstly, Jophiel as the Archangel of beauty and joy. In this aspect this angel often has a more feminine presence that is gently uplifting, playful and vibrant. This is an invocation for an increase in light and self-love which produces a shift in how we see the world. 

Secondly, Jophiel is the archangel for artists, musicians, visionaries and for those initiating new projects. Jophiel can also be called in this aspect to bring more clarity, inspiration and possibility to seemingly difficult problems, where the way forward is hard to see or feel. In this aspect we invoke energies of high creativity, innovation and illumination. Again, in this aspect this angel often has a feminine feel.

The third aspect of Jophiel is that of guardian and protector. In this aspect Jophiel can feel more masculine or gender neutral. The Zohar, sacred text of the Kabbalah, states that Jophiel is one of the archangels helping Archangel Michael defend the world against darkness. So, we call upon Jophiel to seal our energy fields with the Citrine-Gold Ray.

Green Tara appears as a female Bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism, and as a female Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. Green Tara is known as a protector from fear and all other major sources of suffering: pride, delusion/ignorance, hatred/anger, jealousy, fanatical views, avarice/miserliness, attachment/aversion as well as acting as a guardian against lower astral and galactic energies and entities. Green Tara is known as the "Mother of Liberation".  In this transmission there is a clearing of mental poisons and delusions which generate unnecessary suffering.

Green Tara Transmission: Invoking a Liberation from all Mental/Energetic Poisons.

Grief is caused through some form of loss. Whether that loss involves an individual, a situation or a phase of your life. 

You may wish your experience were something other than it is. Where there is loss you may wish something to return to how it was. Remember that everything is impermanent. Everything in this world is subject to the cycles of change. There is birth death and rebirth. After spring and summer will always come autumn and then winter. 

In this meditation we connect with grief and embrace it as energy. We allow whatever feelings are there to arise whether sorrow, guilt, anger or love. Actually, some of these feelings belong to others. In this meditation we surrender all energies that do not belong to us back to the Crystalline Grid of the Earth. 

Do this meditation as often as you need to and know that you can always return to this space whenever you want to feel at peace.

Embracing Grief Meditation

Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. 

Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.
