Clearing

Take several deep breaths, until you feel your body completely relaxed. Find a comfortable position standing up or seated on the chair with your spine straight and relax your body. Please know that you are guided by the Spirit and you can ask your presence I Am and your Higher Self to assist you in this process.

Light body activation -   Lemurian Light Language Transmission

Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”)
The steps in this meditation are as follows: 

* Focus on the cycle of breath. Become present to the in-breath followed by a natural pause. Then the out-breath followed by a natural pause. Do not seek to change or force anything. As far as possible make the in-breath and out-breath of equal or similar lengths. 
* After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we like or love. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we feel neutral about. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we feel challenged by. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.”

Super Quick Loving Kindness Meditation

Krishna was a great Avatar/Teacher who came to embed a seed of light in the darkness of the 3D Matrix. The teachings became a cornerstone for spirituality in the East. Not only informing the ancient Hindu religion but also many of the essential teachings can be found in the latter teachings of Buddhism. When Krishna spoke to Arjuna the world was a different place. In the midst of the 3D Matrix. This planet was in darkness and this message was given in the midst of a battlefield. Krishna came to embed a seed of light in the darkness. This message was to promote courage, devotion, discipline and understanding of the laws of karma and vibration. 

In this transmission we clear all blocking programming we have taken on during other lifetimes within the Hindu tradition. Many starseeds have experienced lifetimes within this tradition that now needs to be released. This along with all ritual experiences, vows, agreements, promises, soul contracts. We also release any connections to any being, group or teacher within the tradition that blocks our current ascension process.

The next part of the transmission we ask Metatron to establish a connection with Krishna in the higher dimensions. Krishna and all beings working with this great Avatar help to purify your six senses, vision, hearing, touch, taste, smell and the sixth sense which is the mind. Once this is done Krishna assists you to 
fix your consciousness on that which endures, the Universal Field of Light that holds all beings within this ascending timeline. Within this field experience of unity and bliss consciousness.

Krishna Consciousness Transmission: Purify and Expand Into Unity/Bliss Consciousness.

In this transmission we meet the Elohim. In the book of Genesis 1:1 it is written in the beginning the Elohim created heaven and earth. This is a clue to the function of the Elohim. The term Elohim is often translated to mean ‘God’ however the word is actually plural, meaning ‘Gods’. The Elohim are the creator Angels/Gods of this Universe. The term Elohim appears thirty-two times in the story of creation. The Elohim are the hidden powers behind the thirty-two pathways in the Tree of Life. The entire Matrix of Creation draws upon the power of the Elohim. The Elohim are the ones that help recreate and renew creation in every moment. From the quarks to the stars. In this 3D dimension the Elohim created polarity, the poles/opposites that attract. Male/Female, Night/Day. They also created duality, meaning growth through opposition to the light. They created duality but they do not participate in any way in the 3D Matrix which is mostly devoid of light and power. In this time of ascension, the Creator Angel/Gods are assisting those engaged in the great shift at this time. They come to reopen the 5D timeline back to Eden. 

In this transmission the Elohim transmit : 
Grids - Light codes from Gaia and the Central Sun. 
North – Rainbow crystal light. The body is changing from carbon based to crystal based. Allow the body to absorb these light codes. 
West – Sparkling Blue-Green. Like the sun shining as if its rays were thousands of platinum white diamonds on a calm blue-green ocean. Release of stuck emotions and then balance in the emotional body. 
South – Orange-red fire. Path-cutter. Like a flow of orange-red lava. Burn through karmic obstacles and all lower astral interference. The way back to Eden is clearer. 
East – Light Golden Rays. New Dawn on the earth is coming. A new dawn in your life is also coming. The future is calling. Your highest potential future self is calling.

The Elohim Light Transmission: Opening the Way Back to 5D Eden

Energy cleansing is not something we do just once. It is an ongoing activity. Thus is because we live in a volatile world and we can pick up low frequency energies such as anger, fear, guilt and so on that need to be released. 

An energetic imprint is received during a highly charged experience, including something that can feel traumatic. An imprint can contain trapped emotions such as fear, guilt or shame along with a limiting thought or belief. Imprints can also generate energetic cords linking and looping your energy back to the past. We can receive an imprint from an interaction with another person or through our involvement in a highly charged situation.  

In this transmission we work with he angels to clear your physical body, etheric, emotion and mental bodies of any energy imprint received. The transmission works with Crystal Devas to extract low frequency energetic imprints. it also works with angels holding the transmuting Silver-Violet Ray.

Energetic Imprint Removal Transmission: Clearing Highly Charged Energies With a Person or Situation.

In this transmission we invoke Archangel Jophiel and the Citrine-Gold Ray in three ways, as uplifter, as inspirer and as protector of our light. 

There are three main aspects of Archangel Jophiel we invoke in this transmission. Firstly, Jophiel as the Archangel of beauty and joy. In this aspect this angel often has a more feminine presence that is gently uplifting, playful and vibrant. This is an invocation for an increase in light and self-love which produces a shift in how we see the world. 

Secondly, Jophiel is the archangel for artists, musicians, visionaries and for those initiating new projects. Jophiel can also be called in this aspect to bring more clarity, inspiration and possibility to seemingly difficult problems, where the way forward is hard to see or feel. In this aspect we invoke energies of high creativity, innovation and illumination. Again, in this aspect this angel often has a feminine feel.

The third aspect of Jophiel is that of guardian and protector. In this aspect Jophiel can feel more masculine or gender neutral. The Zohar, sacred text of the Kabbalah, states that Jophiel is one of the archangels helping Archangel Michael defend the world against darkness. So, we call upon Jophiel to seal our energy fields with the Citrine-Gold Ray.

Archangel Jophiel Transmission: Invoking the Citrine-Gold Ray of Beauty, Creativity and Joy.

In this time of ascension it is more important than ever to connect with your Soul Tribe. These are beings that are both incarnate and in Spirit. These are the beings that resonate with your core energy and your Soul Purpose. These are members of the same “Spirit Family” as you and all members share an intensely strong bond with that transcends time and space itself. When you meet one of your Soul tribe, intuitively, it feels like you share the same 'frequency' because of the deep harmony felt between all members of the group. Your Soul Tribe are here to support, encourage and sometime appropriately challenge you to keep you in alignment with your promise before this lifetime to awaken and then serve in the awakening of other beings. 

In this meditation you will call one being that is incarnate and then one that is in Spirit. With your Higher Self you will be invited to clear any limiting entanglements and agreements or promises from any lifetime. Then you will be invited to allow a higher frequency of light and love to connect you. Finally, we call all beings who are incarnate or in Spirit that are part of your Soul Tribe. Again, you will be invited to clear anything in the way and then connect with all these beings at a higher level of light, love and consciousness.

This vital force can be lost through overwork and also through excessive energy work. It can also be impacted by the challenges of the ascension process. When we lose vital force we feel apathetic, drained, tired, ungrounded and with little energy to enjoy the small and large blessings of daily life. 

In this meditation we open the inner channel and also the lines of force from the four directions connecting to the sacral centre. This meditation cleans the sacral and restores this sacred vessel to its optimum alignment.

Vital Force Meditation: Recharging Your Core with Pranic Energy.

Green Tara appears as a female Bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism, and as a female Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. Green Tara is known as a protector from fear and all other major sources of suffering: pride, delusion/ignorance, hatred/anger, jealousy, fanatical views, avarice/miserliness, attachment/aversion as well as acting as a guardian against lower astral and galactic energies and entities. Green Tara is known as the "Mother of Liberation".  In this transmission there is a clearing of mental poisons and delusions which generate unnecessary suffering. 

“We bow down to you, Green Tara, Great Goddess, liberator from suffering generated as this world moved through a great darkness and polarisation. You bring liberation from this 3D paradigm and all associated suffering connected to birth, old age, sickness and death. Green Tara Transmission: Invoking a Liberation from all Mental/Energetic Poisons.

In this time of ascension there are times when you can expand your field and bathe in the wonderful energies of Gaia or of a like-minded community. There are other times when we must be more mindful and be a light warrior. In this meditation (recorded on the Lionsgate 8-8-19 portal) we call upon the Galactic High Council for protection. We ask for light warriors of the highest light to come and protect our energy fields. 

Starseeds are wanderer souls and have connections with many star races. We can call to these races for protection at this time of ascension.  We can call on Galactic Light warriors to come and protect our energy fields from lower frequency beings that seek to interfere with our energy fields.

The gravitational pull also influences the menstruation cycle in women. The gravitational pull of the moon is not the issue this meditation addresses. The moon is part of a frequency control structure that seeks to maintain the energetic integrity of the low-frequency control grid upon the collective consciousness of humanity. For thousands of years many have worked with the lunar cycles in magical ceremonies, in meditation and manifestation rituals. Lunar energies have been utilised for healing and manifesting white magic. Lunar energies have also been used to fuel destructive and karmically binding forms of black magic. Moon magic of both kinds are very potent though there are dangers in working with lunar energies even for white magic. The word ‘lunacy’ gives a good clue as to the potential dangers of working too closely with lunar energies. This is because lunar energies potentially opens us to deception and interference by lower astral and galactic energies, entities and fallen angels.

Prior to the fall in Grace during the end of the Lemurian civilisation humanity had a consciousness where there was a direct experience of the Goddess flowing in nature and from within. In ancient Irish tradition it is said that the Tuatha De Danann (Faery Races) came from the stars. The Faery Races left the earth-plane as humanity descended in consciousness and vibration. They retreated into the faery mounds, disappearing from this world into the underworld. This happened, in different parts of the world, before and after the fall of Atlantis. In the inner earth they built “four cities that no mortal eye has seen but that the soul knows; these are Gorias in the East; and Finias in the South, and Murias in the West; and Falias in the North.” The Faery People brought with them into their cities four sacred tools of power. These sacred tools are: the sword of the element of air (from the city of Gorias), the spear of the element of fire (from the city of Finias), the cauldron of the element of water (from the city of Murias), and the stone of the element of Earth (from the city of Falias).

In this meditation we invoke the Faery races to assist us in our ascension process and rise in consciousness where again humanity and the Faery Races will be able to interact cooperatively.
