In this meditation we invoke your Team in Spirit of the Highest Light and Resonance. This team includes your Higher Self, I Am Presence, and also for this meditation Grace Elohim and Ultra-Violet Fire angels. 

The Ultra-Violet Fire angels create a sphere of ultra-violet fire around you clearing into infinity. Then this fire is invoked into your cellular system, skeletal system, blood and blood producing parts of the body, all organs and all other systems - digestive, nervous, hormonal and reproductive. Then the fire clears the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. 

When the clearing is done, we call upon Grace Elohim to calm down your energy fields with her snow-white Elohim light of 5D grace.

UltraViolet Fire and Grace Elohim Traansmission: Healing the Body/Aura.

This meditation is used to seal any openings in your energy fields which allows lower entities into your space. This is done initially by your Team in Spirit along with Ultra-Violet Fire Angels. Then Metatron and Sandalphon each open a portal of light. Metatron opens a portal above your crown chakra extracting lower astral entities. Sandalphon opens a portal beneath your feet in the Crystalline Grid extracting any lower elemental energies from your space. Your auric field is finally sealed by Michael.

Entity Extraction Meditation

The Egyptian goddess Ma’at, was known as “She who keeps the world in balance”. Commonly, the Goddess Ma’at was depicted as a beautiful woman with arms outstretched as wings.  Often with a feather on her head and sometimes appearing with a sceptre in one hand and an ankh in the other. It was thought that if one feather of her wings was to go missing, the world would tip out of control. 

(This transmission begins to work on the Nine Light-Bodies as known to the Ancient Egyptians. It is also a preperation for a 9-Day Retreat in Luxor, Egypt that is being planned for November of this year to activate and align the Nine Light-Bodies.)

Starseeds are here to help the planet shift from the darkness of the old 3D world to the higher frequencies and consciousness of the new 5D world. Starseeds, regardless of physical gender or chosen gender or sexual orientation, naturally have a stronger balance between masculine and feminine energies. This enables them to work more powerfully with the rising power of the Goddess that has been absent from this world for so long. 

In this transmission we invoke the Goddess Ma’at to work within three of the nine bodies of light, as understood and practised by the ancients Egyptians. Herein we work on Khat, the physical body as sacred temple of light, then Ka, the etheric body as sacred flame and finally Ab, the heart as holy altar.

The Goddess Ma’at Transmission: Rebalancing Your Light. Align with the New 5D World That is Coming.

This meditation is designed to help with the many interlocking elements that has created this current Global Fear Pandemic. 

The first element is that of the Ascension process which is essentially a conflict between the old 'dark' paradigm and the emerging new paradigm of spiritual evolution and light. This level of the meditation clears out the fear you may have absorbed from the collective. This fear is being deliberately amplified by the corporate media machine (that is highly controlled by anti-light forces). This level clears with ultra-violet fire the gut and throat chakra.

The second element is that of collective guilt. Over the past few centuries the collective has been increasingly out of balance with nature. There is a collective trashing the planet, with unethical farming and fishing. Many species are becioming extinct. Gaia is now reacting. This level clears the heart and lungs with ultra-violet fire.

The next level is collective trauma – all kingdoms on the earth are suffering trauma because of the impact of unconscious governance and living on the planet. The nervous system is swept with ultra-violet fire.

Finally, there is the level of collective anger, helplessness and despair as far too many are stuck in survival mode. The liver, bladder and gut are swept with ultra-violet fire.

Then we work on shielding you from the new invasive cellular technologies that were introduced at the end of 2019. These are generating microwaves that are impacting the body and our energy fields. We call on the Crystalline Grid to create a Shield of Light. This shield is aided by Crystal Devas of Black Tourmaline and Shungite. Also, Devas of Orgonite and Tachyon. Also, Tree Devas to shield and cleanse your aura of the new microwave frequencies. Then we call upon the angelic energies of ultramarine blue and gold to infuse different parts of the body, especially the throat and lungs.

When this is done we ask your Body Elemental to synch with the guidance of your HS and team in Spirit to allow you to be guided towards certain beneficial situations and away from potential harmful or limiting situations. Steering clear of pointless drama or suffering. We then ask for any guidance or requirements to shift your lifestyle more in line with the 5D timeline, including: nutrition, exercise, activities, situations and people.

Finally, we can align with the positive intentions and outcomes of this situation. The collective invoked and allowed this crisis for a number of reasons. These positive outcomes are likely to occur further down the line. These include changes to the way we work, to money, to education, and to the quality of governance around the planet.

Wellness Shield Meditation: Calling on Gaia and Angelic Support.

In this meditation we open and journey along a future timeline (between 18 months to 3 years) where you have learnt how to protect your field from 5G radiation. We meet a future self that has learnt to connect with the crystalline grid of the earth in a new way. This future self has also learnt to call on various other multidimensional resources to transmute these energies. 

By 2021, every city will have 5G towers and cell stations with them stationed on the top or side of millions of buildings throughout the world. Not only are the shorter millimetre waves more hazardous to human beings, because of the intensity of the technology, there will be many more mini cell towers than before. This will translate into an exponential increase in this type of radiation exposure within a relatively short space of time. (Why is this a problem some will wonder. Well, just think for a moment about the emergence of a new level of contagious virus. Many have already been connecting the dots between the two despite much loud protestations from those pulling the global media strings.)

Super Quick 5G Protection Meditation: Calling on a Higher Future Self.

This is a training meditation to help you awaken your inner senses. 

Just as you have outer senses you also have inner senses. We could call these inner senses a doorway to your inner worlds. We use the inner senses in meditation and in dreaming. Consciously awakening the inner senses allow you to become more aware of what is happening within your psyche. Your inner senses allow you to sense energy in your environment. Your inner senses are connected to your intuition, your internal guidance system. Your inner senses connect the conscious mind with the many levels of the unconscious mind. We call upon Emerald Green Fire to transform all limiting stories, beliefs and thoughts in the mental body that generates anxiety and fear. Super Quick Fear Release Meditation

In this meditation we call upon Horus, a warrior aspect of the Great Central Sun to help shift our consciousness from the 3D-4D frequency band and modes of expression therein to a higher band of possibility, abundance and light. 

In this time of ascension our relationship with money and all forms of abundance is shifting. This shift has been impacting Starseeds for the past few decades. As Starseeds make the shift into a higher frequency band of abundance so too the collective will make the shift. This shift is causing some temporary disturbance on the earth-plane as we leave behind old stories and karmic influences around money, wealth and scarcity consciousness.

Horus, the archetypal Light Warrior, was known as the son of the Ancient Egyptian Goddess Isis. He was depicted in Ancient Egypt as a Falcon headed deity wearing a red and white crown, as a symbol of kingship over the entire kingdom of Egypt.

The Horus-Solar Transmission: Embracing Full Solar 5D Abundance Consciousness.

In this remastered meditation we call upon Universal Energy and our Family of Light, to invoke and release a flow of miracles in our reality. Miracle Consciousness is the state of a soul that has stabilised within 5th Level Density. 

In the 3D Matrix miracles are a rarity and when they occur, they are deemed to be due to Divine Providence. As the light is ascending the possibility of mastery is being birthed on the earth-plane. This mastery involved taking responsibility for the reality we are allowing, attracting and creating around us. 

Many Starseeds have incarnated within dense 3D Bloodlines and have inherited limiting and painful stories that block fluidity of movement and manifestation on the earth-plane. Similarly, many Starseeds have incarnated within the 3D Matrix over a number of lifetimes and have been conditioned and imprinted into stories that lead to stuckness, limitation, powerlessness and stagnation. This meditation seeks to neutralise all stuckness and release the magic within your reality.

Miracle Flow Meditation: Inviting a Higher Vibrational Fluidity into Being.

Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. 

Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.

Archangel Gabriel Transmission: Releasing the Paralysis of Pointless Guilt.

This meditation starts with sealing the room you are in such as a bedroom or office area. You can also expand the meditation to seal a larger space such as an apartment, house or larger office section from lower energetic interference.

A Note on Other Occupants in Your Personal Space. If you are sharing a personal space with anyone else, please note that they maybe contributing to lower energies within the space. This means that although the space is sealed from external interference it is not permanently clear of lower energies generated from within the space.

A Note on Sealing a House, Apartment or Larger Office Space. If you wish to seal a larger space than one room you use this meditation and focus on the external walls, roof, foundations, external windows and doors. (If you are sealing an apartment contained within a larger building, then seal your personal space but not the entire building occupied by any other.)

A Note on Grounding. If your room or office or apartment is above ground meaning your space is not in physical connection with the earth, then you can send cords or roots down through the building into the earth grounding your space. If there is anyone else occupying the space between your space and the earth, then you can send cords or roots down through the building into the earth grounding your space. You do not need permission to ground your space by anyone else.

A Note on Doing this Remotely. Although it is recommended that you do this while in the space you can also clear it remotely.
