Waterfall of Light Meditation

We are at a point where the timelines are splitting. In this transmission you will learn to unhook from the old karmic earth grid and more fully connect to the new ascending crystalline 5D grid. This transmission will also help you open the inner channel and thus connect more deeply with the Christ Grid and open to the new 5D chakra system waiting to be birthed inside of you. This transmission will help Starseeds prepare for the current energy shifts.

Below are details of the 5D Chakra Upgrade. These are suggestions and not fixed rules. They may appear differently to you and that is fine. The other suggestion is that all energy centres will be experienced as they shift into 5D from cones to spheres: 

1st Base – shimmering platinum. 
2nd Sacral – pale pearlescent pink.
3rd Solar plexus – gold with rainbow light. 
4th Heart – pure starlight
5th Throat – majestic royal blue. 
6th Third eye – crystal clear with emerald green fire. 
7th Crown – crystal clear with golden tint.
8th Causal moon – Silver-white. Your Lower Akashic Records. 
9th Earth Star – Copper. Connects you to the earth and to your bloodlines. 
10th Soul star – brilliant light magenta. Your Higher Akashic Records. 
11th Stellar Gateway - golden orange sun. This connects you to your Higher Self. 
12th Universal – whatever colour comes. This connect you to your Monadic Self.

Rainbow Bridge Transmission: Upgrade Your Chakra System to 5D.

Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”)
The steps in this meditation are as follows: 

* Focus on the cycle of breath. Become present to the in-breath followed by a natural pause. Then the out-breath followed by a natural pause. Do not seek to change or force anything. As far as possible make the in-breath and out-breath of equal or similar lengths. 
* After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we like or love. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we feel neutral about. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to a person we feel challenged by. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” 
* We then send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.”

Super Quick Loving Kindness Meditation

There are many ways to work with energy and personal energetic boundaries. This one uses the metaphor of a physical structure to represent your personal energy space. Energies can be cleared through the structure and the structure itself can be repaired and improved upon allowing for more internal space and light to be available as you engage in your daily external reality.

This is an early recording that I have decided to release now. I may update this one in the near future as personal energetic boundaries are an important area of spiritual hygiene. 

This transmission (recorded in a workshop in Central London in early 2017) works on clearing and strengthening personal energetic space and boundaries. The meditation is accompanied by a live performance of crystal bowls played by San Lau

Personal Energetic Space Transmission: Strengthening Energetic Boundaries.

Energy cleansing is not something we do just once. It is an ongoing activity. Thus is because we live in a volatile world and we can pick up low frequency energies such as anger, fear, guilt and so on that need to be released. 

An energetic imprint is received during a highly charged experience, including something that can feel traumatic. An imprint can contain trapped emotions such as fear, guilt or shame along with a limiting thought or belief. Imprints can also generate energetic cords linking and looping your energy back to the past. We can receive an imprint from an interaction with another person or through our involvement in a highly charged situation.  

In this transmission we work with he angels to clear your physical body, etheric, emotion and mental bodies of any energy imprint received. The transmission works with Crystal Devas to extract low frequency energetic imprints. it also works with angels holding the transmuting Silver-Violet Ray.

Energetic Imprint Removal Transmission: Clearing Highly Charged Energies With a Person or Situation.

In this time of ascension it is more important than ever to connect with your Soul Tribe. These are beings that are both incarnate and in Spirit. These are the beings that resonate with your core energy and your Soul Purpose. These are members of the same “Spirit Family” as you and all members share an intensely strong bond with that transcends time and space itself. When you meet one of your Soul tribe, intuitively, it feels like you share the same 'frequency' because of the deep harmony felt between all members of the group. Your Soul Tribe are here to support, encourage and sometime appropriately challenge you to keep you in alignment with your promise before this lifetime to awaken and then serve in the awakening of other beings. 

In this meditation you will call one being that is incarnate and then one that is in Spirit. With your Higher Self you will be invited to clear any limiting entanglements and agreements or promises from any lifetime. Then you will be invited to allow a higher frequency of light and love to connect you. Finally, we call all beings who are incarnate or in Spirit that are part of your Soul Tribe. Again, you will be invited to clear anything in the way and then connect with all these beings at a higher level of light, love and consciousness.

Soul Tribe Meditation

Archangel Ariel is known as the “Lioness of God”, (being the direct translation of the name Ariel, or Arael in Hebrew). One of Archangel Ariel’s roles is overseeing the kingdoms of nature. This angel can be called upon to help heal the natural world. This angel can also be a powerful guide for anyone working with the kingdoms of the natural world such as shamans and earth medicine healers. In this transmission Ariel works with Archangel Raphael to help heal the different kingdoms of Gaia in need of assistance. 

(To give you some background on this transmission. The night before recording I had a dream that I was to do a transmission for Gaia. The focus was clear but the detail was vague. During the day I received some downloads telling me the form the meditation would take. In the late afternoon we were was visited by an angel in our apartment. My then partner, was the first to notice this energy. She told me the angel appeared to her as a gold and light turquoise blue light. The angel said her name was, “Ariel.” This was the final piece for the transmission. This transmission was recorded about 15 minutes after the visitation).

This is a recording of a live webinar I held to offer our prayers for the Amazon. It includes a guided meditation journey to offer a Healing vibration for our beautiful Sacred forest. As we do, we observe the damage that is being undertaken by humanity and ask for forgiveness on behalf of the collective. We offer healing light. We hold space for those who are undertaking the damage to shift themselves. And we hold the highest intent for the Amazon to thrive, revive and restore.

Prayers for the Amazon (Meditation)

The Goddess Danu is an earth goddess who was also known for her qualities of inspiration, intellect and wisdom. She is also known as a warrior Goddess. Her name was associated with flowing water. She was worshiped in Ireland before the advent of Christianity that eventually banished the healing-wisdom ways of the Old Religion. 

Danu is the protector of the Faery People, the Tuatha Dé Danann, which translates as the “People of the Goddess Danu”. The Tuatha Dé Danann are a high frequency race that were also known as the Shining Ones. (Please note the Faery Races are not to be confused with elemental nature spirits. The Shining Ones are not one race but many and some are much taller than human beings. Some of them resemble to some degree the Elvish Race as depicted in the Lord of the Rings.) As the earth descended in frequency the Tuatha Dé Danann, who had not made the collective decision to descend, “stepped sideways into the light” and disappeared from this world. They entered into an inner earth dimension that was more suited to their high vibration. The Tuatha Dé Danaan or Shining Ones” can only be contacted now by those of pure heart who are on a path of ascending light.
