For the first track, our well known Hamburg based DJ and producer, HATZLER teams up with a long term friend and studio partner ANDRE WINTER, a man influential in shaping the sound of today's club scene throughout over the last decades from working as executive producer for the likes of Xenia Beliayeva, Oliver Huntemann as well as the Huntemann + Dubfire project to being involved into bands and projects reaching far beyond electronic dancefloors.

It's a groundbreak track with very solid production and a crazy mixture of refined textures with robust percussion and bass that will catch the attention of every listenner. A dark and mysterious aesthetic that puts you on fire when the kick kicks in!

On the remix work we find ANDRES GIL. He is just seriously an amazing and prolific producer and this work is everything you are looking for. Raw techno vibes that will get you hooked to the stabs. What a dancfloor bomb!! Supported and played by lots of top djs!!!

Rødhåd's label has gone from strength-to-strength recently and the trajectory of the imprint has sky-rocketed in line with the German's booming popularity. Drumcell, Alex.Do and John Hester have all dazzled with EPs this year but it's Monoloc's album that's the label's jewell in the crown.

You can stream the premiere of 'Muted' that's been taken from 'The Untold Way' and unsurprisingly it's a slab of cold, metalic techno that punches and slams with malicious intent. Exciting times for Borchardt and indeed Dystopian.

Parisian love preacher Juan reaches the dance floor‘s heart with his tribalistic two tracker ‘Mana‘. 'Mana‘ is a French book series focussing on religion and also means ‘power‘. And the EP‘s eponymous track combines both: starting with a dominant tribalistically influenced baseline ‘Mana‘ creates an irresistable power before synth-sound sequences generate a state of trance matched with African vocal snippets that one finds in the power of believing in transcendental occurences.

'Mana EP' is released January 13th via Black Hills Recordings.
