Very proud to introduce the next Voyager Recordings instalment, a full on 9 track album from Spanish artist A4. 

Asier Morillas has had many releases on the hypnotic, sci fi and space theme, with such established labels like Axis Records, Warm Up Recordings, Evod, Illegal Alien and Subsist to name but a few. With this vinyl release, he takes his sound for a more dancefloor orientated outing, with his ever excellent use of drums, hats and groove on top of hypnotic synths.

Premiere of Translate - Orbital Range [WU098]

If there is someone who is an expert in designing the best sci-fi techno, it is the Argentinean Translate. His impeccable career spans across timeless space and time, populated with works of the highest quality and precision, whether on his own label or on labels across the known world.

This is why we feel enormously happy to have him on the label and also to be able to give it physical form with a vinyl release, as well as digital.

This five-track extended EP represents Translate's crystalline, scientific sound 100%, seasoned with well-managed minimalism, precision bleeps and hypnotic, mental arrangements.

All this is administered at different speeds and sensibilities, sometimes more galactic and mental and sometimes more dynamic and physical, but always futuristic and timeless. 

A true luxury to have a talent like him in our house.

After Deano and Faretrade’s inaugural release on the Knowledge Imprint DFT sublabel comes a remix pack of those first collaborative tracks. Following the sonic palette of the originals, the artists have enlisted some of their favourite young producers to contribute their interpretations. On the A-Side you’ll find Border One and Quelza, while on the B-Side you’ll find CONCEPTUAL and D-Leria, all of whom put their idiosyncratic touches into the package, guiding the listener through everything from driving and bright to warm and hypnotic.
