Sofia-based Nikolay Kirov makes a slamming debut to OFF Recordings with this EP.

'Nightrider' is a full-on peaktime track fusing raw energetic drums with a super-catchy combination of arpeggiated baseline and hook.

'Truths' offers a similarly energetic groove, but layers it with space pads, creating a more trancy vibe.

Finally, 'The Game' starts off with another no-nonsense distorted kick, combined with relentless combination of stabs and vocal, only to further raise the energy level with an acid-line, before surprisingly dropping into a breakbeat. Killer!

Somewhere beyond the regular perception of our mind lies the truth, deceitfully concealed by our daily routines and functions imposed upon us by society. It takes a true seeker to challenge our perceived reality, and look into the multitude of methods available to us since the dawn of human history, to be able to alter one’s consciousness and expand one’s mind.

The new EP by shadoW Work on Consumed Music is an attempt to create such a tool by means of music. It is an intricately produced two-tracker of stylistically provocative and psychedelic techno, where the title track “Altered” serves as a perfect peak-time tool, and “Xpans1on” as an epic dancefloor anthem.

Distorted kicks and metallic drum sections lined up with acid leads and trancy synths to create hypnotic sequences, elevating them with robotic vox and psytrance-inspired fx.

Markantonio welcomes Filtrack on AnalyticTrail for his first release ever with “When I Play” EP that marks his debut on the scene.

Based in Bucharest, Romania, Calin Zakaria AKA Filtrack, discovered Techno at a very young age and now shares the DJ booth with the likes of Ben Klock, BEC, Carlo Lio and more.

Markantonio spotted the talent of music production in Filtrack as his style is inspired by artists like Pan-Pot, Richie Hawtin and Adam Beyer differentiating his productions from the big house and tech-house sound influences he received from his motherland scene.

“When I Play” opens the EP with a fast pace rhythm, groovy bass and deep dark vocal. “PUSH” comes second to drive the EP energy to the limit with its dark sounds, dancy vibes and tension building break. “Stage 2” closes the EP with a pounding beats and distorted sounds.

“Genius Loci” is the title track for Lucas Nuedling’s upcoming EP, which will be released on Revised Records on August 19th. The four-track EP, ‘Genius Loci’ contains four loopy & hypnotic techno tracks with groovy basslines that are all made for the dancefloor. 

The name 'Genius Loci' was inspired by a lost place in eastern Germany, where Lucas recorded many sounds that were infused in every different way for each of the tracks. For Lucas, the goal was to create a homogenous vibe and transport the spirit of place into the music.
