Kruno Matošević, aka Mr. Cab Driver, was born in Travnik and first stepped behind the decks in 1997, spinning vinyl records. His sound is inspired by techno scene legends such as Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Sven Väth, Dave Clarke, and Stacey Pullen. By blending Detroit techno with the atmosphere of Berlin’s underground scene, he has developed a distinctive style focused on energetic rhythms and hypnotic melodic lines.

In the early 2000s, he performed at clubs and festivals across Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2003, he moved to Croatia, where he played at beach clubs along the coast. By 2005, he was an active DJ, but then he stepped away from the scene and stopped performing publicly.

Over the years, his style softened and shifted towards house music, incorporating warmer melodies and pulsating rhythms into his selection. Today, his focus is on Deep Tech House with vocal elements, crafting atmospheric, dynamic, and emotive sets that merge hypnotic beats with rich harmonies.

His love for music never faded, and returning to the scene was a natural continuation of a passion that has lasted for over two decades.

His sets strike the perfect balance between hypnotic rhythms and emotional depth, combining deep tech house grooves with atmospheric vocals that captivate the dance floor. His mission is to create a sound that moves emotions and connects people through music.


Kruno Matošević aka Mr.Cab Driver rođen je u Travniku i prvi put staje za mix pult i vrti vinile 1997. godine. Njegov zvuk inspiriran je legendama techno scene poput Jeffa Millsa, Kevina Saundersona, Richieja Hawtina, Johna Acquavive, Svena Vätha, Davea Clarkea i Staceyja Pullena. Kombinirajući Detroit techno s atmosferom berlinskog undergrounda, razvio je prepoznatljiv stil fokusiran na energične ritmove i hipnotičke melodijske linije.

Početkom 2000-ih nastupao je po klubovima i festivalima u Bosni i Hercegovini, a 2003. godine dolazi u Hrvatsku, gdje nastupa po beach klubovima na obali. Do 2005. godine bio je aktivan DJ, nakon čega se povukao sa scene i prestao javno nastupati.

Kroz godine njegov stil omekšava i približava se house zvuku, dodajući toplije melodije i pulsirajuće ritmove u svoju selekciju. Danas, njegov fokus je na Deep Tech House zvuku s dodatkom vokala, stvarajući atmosferične, dinamične i emotivne setove koji spajaju hipnotičke beatove s bogatom harmonijom.

Ljubav prema glazbi nikada nije nestala, a povratak na scenu bio je prirodan nastavak strasti koja traje više od dva desetljeća.

Njegovi setovi predstavljaju savršen balans između hipnotičkih ritmova i emotivne dubine, spajajući deep tech house ritmove s atmosferičnim vokalima koji osvajaju plesni podij. Njegova misija je stvoriti zvuk koji pokreće emocije i povezuje ljude na plesnom podiju.
