"Stratagem was one of those ideas that kept haunting me to the point where it was a requirement for me to write it down and make something out of it. A "stratagem" is a plan or scheme that's used to outwit an opponent or achieve an end, so I tried to illustrate a spark of hope in a world of darkness, the next step toward the resolution at the end of the EP."
