2015年に宮内庁から公開された玉音盤の音声から
耳ざわりな雑音を取り除き、可能な限り当時の
音に近づけました。
ソースはNHKの該当ページを再生し、それを録音した
ものを用いています。

現在の処理技術では、半自動でもそれなりにノイズ
除去はできるのですが、処理工程が不明な点も多く
すべての処理を古くからある手作業で、音声の
損失をできるだけ少なくなるように配慮しましたが、
とくに小振幅スパイクノイズの除去は、スペクトラル
手作業編集で70時間にも及びました。

ノイズを、大振幅スパイクノイズ、小振幅スパイクノイズ
盤面摩擦ノイズ、非直線拡散ノイズの4層に分類し
1層ずつ取り除いています。

ステレオトラックを利用し、右チャンネルにはすべての
工程を終了した復元版を、左チャンネルには、冒頭から
以下のように配置しました。

0秒～20秒  GHQ版 ただしタイムベースを修正
20秒～40秒 新宮内庁版オリジナル
40秒～60秒 大振幅スパイク除去
60秒～1分20秒 大振幅＋小振幅スパイク手作業除去
1分20秒～  位相・エネルギー分布補正

1分20秒からはモノになります。
最初から復元版だけを聞く場合は右チャンネルのみ
お聴きください。

トラック数がこれらのものより少ないので、音が多少マシなはずな
のだが、劣化の方がひどいようだ・・
オリジナルは4trマシン2台による同期録音。

It was produced with the sounds of a Cwejman S1 MkII only, recorded into Cubase using a Safesound Audio P1 preamp and a RME Fireface 400 interface.
Vocals were recorded with an Avantone CV-12 (Advanced Audio Apex 460 mod) -> Safesound Audio P1 -> Apogee One (1st generation) -> Cubase.

Kenji Konishi aka. Conykenji(Leipzig Germany & Osaka Japan) is a Japanese multi instrumentalist born in 1955. He is former member of several projects like the Techno/Electro Outfit 4-Dmode1 founded in 1985, legendary Ambient band Dada founded 1978 as well as Global Trotters with Hans-Joachim Roedelius of Cluster and Harmonia and Susumu Hirasawa of P-Model.

As a solo musician he's exploring Modular Synthesis and Sound since many years. For us he will present his recent works with Analog synth and his own build instrument, the Konishiphone.
