Fusión de instrumentos del mundo, propuesta completamente acústica y original donde el Hang Drum, el Didgeridoo y el canto son los protagonistas.
El repertorio es un recorrido por una gran diversidad del instrumentos del mundo, combinando unos con otros e incrementando la intensidad de la música a medida que avanza el concierto.

 

GooDoo nace a principios del año 2003 como un proyecto de búsqueda musical, indagando en las culturas tradicionales del mundo y explorando con instrumentos antiguos y modernos, fusionándolos con el objetivo de crear nuevas sonoridades.

Instrumentos creados en épocas en la que la música no solo servia para entretener, se utilizaba también para sanar el cuerpo y el espíritu, creados en un tiempo donde el significado de la tierra era otro, donde la conexión con ella era diferente.

C A P I C U A, mot catalan qui définit les chiffres pouvant se lire dans les deux sens (51015, 232…). Appliqué aux mots, on l’appelle palindrome (Anna, mon nom,…). Les tickets de bus dont le numéro est ‘capicua’ portent bonheur en Argentine.

Ce mot exprime l’état d’esprit dans lequel Agustina et Yannick plongent lorsqu’ils commencent à créer. Toutes leurs idées passent par ce filtre. Un aller-retour ludique où les opposés s’équilibrent et se nourrissent. 
Capic[o]ua mêle des éléments musicaux provenant d’époques et de cultures différentes.  Le jazz du saxophone aussi présent que le son originaire du didgeridoo. 
Capic[o]ua joue avec les énergies sonores et les rythmes organiques de leurs instruments soufflants. Leurs improvisations prennent forment pour devenir des compositions. Le saxophone insuffle une mélodie dans le bourdon du didgeridoo, puis les rôles s’inversent, le saxophone se fait souffle et le didgeridoo se fait chant.


Marvin Dillmann is an internationally performing didgeridoo virtuoso. Playing highly energetically for over twenty years, he is regarded as one of the most fascinating contemporary didgeridoo players. He creates a full sound that is percussive, fast, versatile, captivating, intoxicating and hypnotic. His unique style offers a new perspective on the instrument of the Australian Aboriginal people. From this  unprecedented fusions emerge like his new project in the field of electronic music with producer Markus Kammann (RITUAL BASS) or in classical music with countertenor Yaniv d'Or (Album “Exaltation”, 2018, Naxos). Furthermore Marvin Dillmann is part of the “World Musicians”-band of Arijit Singh, who is currently the most successful Bollywood singer, and accompanies him on tour around the globe.

Llevo más de 15 años tocando el Didgeridoo y diversos instrumentos de forma autodidacta. Actualmente trabajo en distintos proyectos musicales, yendo desde la música para la relajación y meditación, hasta los sonidos tribales más bailables. Fusionando instrumentos acústicos ancestrales y modernos, con sonidos electrónicos antiguos y de última generación. 


I have been playing Didgeridoo and other instruments in an autodidactic way since 12 years. At the moment I'm working at various musical projects that go from relaxation and meditation music up to tribal and dancing music. The fusion of ancestral and modern instruments with old and recent electronic sounds.


Seit über 12 Jahren schon spiele ich Digeridoo und verschiedene andere Instrumente als Autodidakt. Im Moment arbeite ich an verschiedenen musikalischen Projekten, welche von der Entspannungs- und Meditationsmusik bis hin zu tanzbaren Tribuklängen reichen. Die Vereinigung uralter akustischer und moderner Instrumente mit alten elektronischen Klängen und solchen aus neuster Generation.

Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1985. In Chicago since 1997. I have been producing music since 1999. I also handcraft Didgeridoos here in Chicago.
I have 3 albums available on bandcamp for download. From my earliest underground hip hop projects, early didgeridoo recordings with drums to my newest World/ambient/downtempo album "Evolution of Mind". Currently I'm working with Chicago Underground Records on my 4th album. It's underground hiphop with orchestral instruments, didgeridoo and lyrics about what's going on in the world today. Im trying to change the world for the better, my music being one of my tools. Also making didgeridoos more known about by incorporating them into a different style of music.
