Born in Brownsville, Brooklyn NY and raised in Jamaica, Queens NY.

Shun used art to escape the negative path paved by his dysfunctional upbringing and curtailed his struggle in the form of self-expression, hence his music. 

Pressing play and moving forward, his journey to overcome his past oppression is reflected by his clever use of wit and metaphorical wordplay as comic relief. Nevertheless, Shun Holidae, a humble visionary artist with exceptional lyrics, celebrate the dynamics of life by means of his introspective (story-telling) verses and catchy club-baggers. His message is quite simple: "Loyalty before Love".

I'm originally from East Saint Louis Illinois. I make my music all in house. I do my own production, engineering, videos, etc. Mostly everything on my own. I always try to bring the better vibe and feel to my music. I love all genre of music and I try to incorporate that love into every song I do. I've been perfecting my craft for a little over 8 years now. I thank all those who tune in and listen. I do this for us. Much Love.
