Disquiet Junto Project 0696: Chain of Layers

The Assignment: Make music change by altering its layers.

Step 1: Record 10 to 15 layers of continuous sound.

Step 2: Create a piece of music in which you only change the relative presence of those individual layers from Step 1 over time. Some light effects and panning are certainly fine, but the majority of the impact should be how the prominence of the individual layers changes.

My first junto project- disquiet0698. Adding the 2nd part of a trio (right channel), to Alan Blip's- B-Drone starter (left channel) .  
You are hearing some shortwave recording of military weather reports, and what is (allegedly) a Russian diplomatic service transmission (time-stretched), bad violin playing and the sound of wind in the trees of my garden. Kinda concerned I've packed too much in here, but hope there's space for someone to add something more in part 3. It's been fun- thanks Alan Blip & Junto crew for the provocation :)

The Apparition That Asked Me to Dance

I blink and find my heart drifting beyond even the distant cuckoo’s call.

In “saying all things were well,” every note captures a moment of pure fulfillment. The improvisational touch ripples through the silence like a pebble cast into a still lake, gently stirring hidden memories. Within its brief 249-second journey lies a vivid narrative of joy and melancholy entwined.
