Fnubi is sound detail and melody driven music from Munich, Germany by Florian Lorenz.
Though sounding up to date digital the basis of the Fnubi-typical sounds most of the time is the result of unreproducible analogue one-takes - a counter-position to the paralysing hyper-optionalism in the creative musical process and in our society in general.
Another basic idea behind Fnubi is to keep all steps of the music creating process in one hand. This contains songwriting, instrumentation, recording, sound design and mixing.
After an explorational period of focusing on shaping sounds away from the instruments origin with FNUBI these elements are now brought into song context.
