Jedes Mal, wenn du einem Aspekt deines Lebens – innen oder außen – mit einem NEIN begegnest, gibst du ihm deine Macht. 
Du bindest dein Bewusstsein an das, was du nicht willst. Es wird durch deine Energie stärker. Gerade weil du es bekämpfst, verhinderst du, dass es sich natürlich wieder verwandelt. 
Es gibt einen entscheidenden Unterschied zwischen für oder gegen etwas kämpfen:
Gegen etwas zu sein, macht dieses Ding stärker. 
Für etwas zu sein, beginnt immer damit, erst einmal anzunehmen, was geschieht, (also den Kampf „gegen“ zu beenden) und dann deinen Fokus klar auf das auszurichten, was du willst. 
In dieser Meditation lade ich dich ein zu einer radikalen Akzeptanz  der Realität genau so wie sie ist. Das heißt nicht, dass ich sie gut finden musst aber es bedeutet, sie erst einmal so anzunehmen wie sie ist: die Erfahrung die ich gerade mache, die Gefühle, die Menschen und Situationen – eben alles was da ist. 
Denn: Was ist verrückter als gegen etwas anzukämpfen was bereits da ist!
Das Leben besteht nicht aus einer langen Aneinanderreihung von Ereignissen. Um dich herum geschieht tausend Mal mehr als das, was du wahrnehmen kannst. 
Alles ist in Bewegung und verändert sich. 
Jede Sekunde sterben alleine in deinem Körper ungefähr 50 Millionen Zellen ab und werden durch 50 Millionen neuer Zellen ersetzt. Alles ist in bewegung. 

Wir haben also keinen sicheren Standpunkt aus dem heraus wir äußere Welt wahrnehmen, sondern in jedem Moment verändert sich das, was wir wahrnehme in alle erdenkliche Richtungen. 
Und du selbst, der du nur Bruchteile davon wahrnimmst, veränderst ´dich ebenfalls ungeplant und unvorhersehbar.

Und doch wirst du nicht in ein Chaos gezogen. du kann dich voller Vertrauen in diesen sprudelnden Lebensfluss hineingeben. 

Nimm vertrauen auf und lass Kontrolle los.

Lass Verletzlichkeit zu  und erfahre wie Vertrauen wächst.

Geführte Meditation: Loslassen, was ich nicht ändern kann, Annehmen des gegenwärtigen Moments

Mit dieser geführten Meditation wirst du für die nächsten Minuten in dein eigenes Herz investieren. Um liebevoll, klar und unterstützend für andere Menschen da zu sein, ist es sehr wichtig, in derselben Haltung auf das eigene Herz zu achten.

I LOVE this soul sister. Gabby Bernstein makes me laugh. Her honesty is refreshing. Sometimes I look at her and think I’m witnessing an honest-to-goodness, real-life angel. But when this #1 New York Times bestselling author of THE UNIVERSE HAS YOUR BACK, and five other bestsellers sent me her latest book, JUDGEMENT DETOX (dropping Jan. 2nd from North Star Way), I didn’t think I could do it. Yoga-nidra was experienced by Swami Satyananda Saraswati[citation needed] when he was living with his guru Swami Sivananda in Rishikesh. He began studying the tantric scriptures and, after practice, constructed a system of relaxation, which he began popularizing in the mid 20th century.[3] He explained yoga-nidra as a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opened deep phases of the mind, suggesting a connection with the ancient tantric practice called nyasa, whereby Sanskrit mantras are mentally placed within specific body parts, while meditating on each part (of the bodymind). The form of practice taught by Swami Satyananda includes eight stages (Internalisation, Sankalpa, Rotation of Consciousness, Breath Awareness, Manifestation of Opposites, Creative Visualization, Sankalpa and Externalisation).

Teachers such as Osho[4] and Anandmurti Gurumaa define yoga-nidra as a state of conscious deep sleep. One appears to be sleeping but the unconscious mind is functioning at a deeper level: it is sleep with a trace of deep awareness. In normal sleep we lose track of our self but in yoga nidra, while consciousness of the world is dim and relaxation is deep, there remains an inward lucidity and experiences may be absorbed to be recalled later. 

..." the ultimate state of yoga nidra in which the conventional barriers between waking, dreaming and deep sleep are lifted, revealing the simultaneous operation of the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. The result is a single, enlightened state of consciousness and a perfectly integrated and relaxed personality."
