Banoffee Pies Records drop the 13th release in the original series. This VA entitled "Common Ground" is a crossover of influences from 4 artists with a selection of tracks all above 150bpm from producers of a similar generation giving a nod to their youth and early musical journeys, largely inspired by Drum & Bass and Jungle raves across the UK.

The release divided in two with a Dark A side and Light B side offering two moods of liquidity. The opening track "Class Of '92" comes from Leeds based Lisene, one half of the Space Cadets duo, with previous releases on Seven Hill Records and more. The A2 from Bristol based Hartta offers a more spooked bass heavy cut with "Hauntology".

The B side begins with title track "Common Ground", an ode to dusted jungle and liquid drum & bass from another Leeds head Sourpuss, known for running the Stretchy Dance Supply parties. The last track on the disc "Vapour" comes from Manchester's Interplanetary Criminal. With his UKG EP "Move Tools" on BP010 landing on the label and many dance floors at the end of 2019, this nostalgic drum scattered jungle cut stylishly closes off the compilation. Limited Press. The first vinyl release on Club Glow is here! After a series of tape cassettes exploring the many corners of breakbeat driven rave music and beyond we are pushing things forward with our first 12" EP.

Kicking things off for 001 is Mani Festo's 'All Night EP'. The 4 Tracker features tracks built as far back as 2015, alongside brand new beat science. It's an amalgamation of Mani's influences, with audible nods to Garage, Trip Hop and Dubstep, structured in a way that sounds uniquely his own.

‘Pulse 5’ invites listeners into a spinning pool of echoed-out bleeps scattered over a broken beat rhythm, cementing itself securely as a tool in the 130 bpm bass genre. With an extensinsive back story and the original sought after online for the past years, we’re thrilled to be approached to officially release this track, accompanied by 3 remixes from artists who have been pinging our radar off over the years with their movements.


Spektralsound strips and slows the track down to 120 bpm allowing frequencies more space to echo over the skeleton of big kicks and chuggy bass stabs. Keeping to the original tempo, Meta donates a techy 4x4 remix keeping the pace moving forward at all times whereas Hartta replicates the broken beat elements through a skippy 2-step garage style of sampling and arrangement. The release will be begging your local bass bins for every last decibel they have on tap.
