Scotland’s number one hard-trance DJ & producer, Jason Cortez presents you with his tech and trance production alias, Cortech.

Not content with conquering the hard-dance scene, Jason’s love of trance has lead to him diversifying his sets and productions. Over the past two years he has also been making waves in the tech-trance World, finding favour with Judge Jules, Scot Project, Agnelli & Nelson, Fred Baker, JFK, Mark Sherry, Adam Sheridan and many more across the globe. His remixes of Chicane ‘Saltwater’ and Nalin & Cane ‘Beachball’ opened the doors to the trance World following several plays on Radio One by Judge Jules on his flag ship Saturday night show. Remixes of Paul Oakenfold ;Southern Sun’, Oceanlab ‘Satellite’, Radiohead ‘Street Spirit’ and Everything But the Girl ‘Missing’ look to follow on from the success of Saltwater and Beachball, making the trance scene take notice.

As well as seeing some of the trance World's big hitters playing his tracks across the globe, closer to home Jason has been DJing alongside some of the planets biggest names. Having warmed up for and played alongside PVD, Eddie Halliwell, Sander Van Doorn, Marco V, Above & Beyond, Marcel Woods, Richard Durand and many more, Jason has been turning out some very impressive DJing performances recently.
