so, except the drums (VST) all this is honestly played by me - with a little trick regarding the piano - it is one finger chords with help of a chordizer - but hey, I'm no magician and blown instruments is my thing. bass is played on keyboard - jazz cello and trumpet blown on Akai EWI .... enjoy the vibe !

The lead is blown with my Akai EWI 5000 (100 onboard sounds) + Flamma FS22 Ekoverb pedal, improvisation in one go. The EWI 5000 has an octaver function, and a fun hold-the-first-played-key function, so you can play two voices with this wind instrument :-) ... A kind of demo of how versatile you can use a sound depending on how you play it. At times it reminds me of slide guitar :-)

still checking out my Akai EWI 5000. Here solo with preset 00 ;-) ... (This is btw not midi, but an on-board sound, played directly into the sound card via an effect pedal, in a single pass.) ..... of course always in context with a new groove made with VSTs. Are there bad sounds, or does it just depend on how you use them ? In any case, I tried to get the best out of this “fake” sax .....
