The masterfully crafted work of Israeli producer Ammonite is an impressive debut on the label, he takes us through a deep and mysterious psychedelic labyrinth of glitched out dubby psytech at its finest. At times playful and funky, at others chaotic and frenetic, Father Gum offers up a remarkably copious taste of emotional depth and intelligent beatwork.

With enough zwips and zwurps, zwoips and squizzerps to get thoroughly lost in, FatherGum is a true psychedelic treat. Yonatan Ammonite has shown his fierce and assiduous tenacity to deliver top-shelf psyglitch music in this release. It's easy to just sit back and sink into the sounds or make way to the dancefloor and move around to the steadfast head-bobbing, toe-tapping rhythms that sit comfortably over the deep, thwubby basslines.

Father Gum is one of those pieces that can be played over and over again, bringing forth each time the discovery of new and interesting psychedelic details. Beatroots takes us journeying through a multi-genre full length feature, "Rekindle". Exploring trip-hop and bass music interwoven with dubstep and half time drum & bass. The title track features vocals sang by, Alice Hazel, recorded at Beatroot's home studio in Mid-West Wales. The vocals are about rekindling relationships and motivating good, wholesome energy in to our daily actions amongst the people we share time with.
