Canto Rodado is a type of stone that has been worn smooth by erosion; or even moved to another place by a river or glacier. One of those that can be found near a lake or in the middle of a desert.
In her recordings of acoustic instruments like a very old Piano, a nylon-string guitar, a trumpet and a Tibetan bowl ideas become their own subject, striving for their very own uniqueness. Like in a dialectic process the recordings took their own identity, searching for their uniqueness, rather that merely supporting.
Structures erode and eventually become something new.
Time will be the water that shapes noises to become melodies.

La Revolución was composed by Manu Ela, a multi-faceted Chilean artist based now in Berlin. Handling the brush as an illustrator as well as the needle as a tattooist, she also sings armed with her ukulele and her pan flute.

This title refers to the own revolution that everyone must do inside himself to reach different steps in life with the goal of finding its own freedom. The singers Macarena Paz and Iralí are joining Manu in this quest with their incantations.

Four remixes complete this first release of the year 2022 with four different readings and universe from Judith Ahrends (Germany), Inessa (Austria), Dvniel (Mexico), and Dan Bay & Le Rubrique (Germany).

Championed by the likes of Seth Troxler, Guy Gerber and Tiga, the former Footprintz member turned solo star has set his musical sights on the incense-filled Multi Culti chill-out room.

Following recent releases on Visionquest, Supplement Facts, Life & Death, and Turbo, Clarian continues a run of musically diverse, emotionally resonant songs with this three track EP. Ma Shiva stands out immediately in every way: it’s a mid-tempo pop ballad that takes as its refrain one of the most popular Hindu mantras. It’s a total one-off that has a certain familiarity to it without actually sounding quite like anything specific… except, oddly enough, maybe a dash of 80s-era Leonard Cohen in the phrasing of the verses. Open Your Eyes takes the tempo down even lower, into laid-back Talking Heads territory. Taking on such a wide range is an impressive feat, a show of great confidence from the young Montreal-based producer. It’s no wonder he’s been courted by some of the biggest names in the house scene as both a writer and producer. Rounding off these two languid anthems is Dystopia, a dragon-stick-juggling bazaar-ride of inner-exoticism. Progressive - even for progressive!

In remix support are the always-awesome Invisible Conga People, long overdue to release more original music. For the time being we’ll have to content ourselves with this epic, meandering acid dub rework of the title track.

Descubrió su pasión por este género en el año 2020 a partir de la inspiración adquirida en las experiencias de conexión con las plantas sagradas, las cuales influyeron en su desarrollo y expresión como artista.

Influenciada por grandes referentes de la  Música Electro Orgánica, los cuales combinan ritmos y sonidos de la World Music, Carolina demuestra el talento y la fuerza femenina en la  escena de la música electrónica en Uruguay.

Sus mezclas transitan entre melodías profundas y frenéticas, con un groove que deleita los sentidos, nos lleva por un viaje de extensa mixtura sonora y danza ancestral, creando paisajes hipnóticos a través de ritmos latinos, étnicos y afro. 

Adaptándose a distintos ambientes y escenarios, atrapa y envuelve a sus oyentes en un clima exótico con una intensidad emocional, etérea y vibrante. 💥
