Parallel Groove is a side project born out of Cosmic Angles' Current Groove mix series. Curated by Intr0beatz, this new chapter opens the door to friends and kindred selectors, offering a space to explore a wider spectrum of sounds—running parallel to his own musical taste, but with little to no boundaries. Expect deep cuts, genre-blurring selections, and unexpected turns—each mix reflecting the unique voice of its guest while staying connected to the spirit of the groove.

Our first guest began his musical journey in Oregon during the '90s, spinning records and cultivating his sound. Now based in Jeddah, Anmarz has become a key figure in Saudi Arabia’s underground scene—supporting, guiding, and shaping its evolution. He is the founder of Peachez and a co-founder of both 9Sicksick and Mirkaz, playing a central role in organizing events and parties that have featured international artists such as Carlo, Bninjas, and Joss Moog.
Anmarz’s sound is rooted in deep, jazzy, and jacking grooves, layered over a rich hip-hop foundation with a distinct Chicago house influence.

Sao Paulo native Fabrizio Zerlini has a long history as a DJ consistently playing for several years in the city’s diverse and competitive underground scene. These experiences took him to being a regular artist at the legendary D-Edge club, where he built a strong following in his Brazilian home town.

With more than a decade of DJ’ing experience, his absolute dedication and passion for electronic music has helped him develop his unique style, seamlessly blending house and techno’s multiple subgenres, allowing him to crate highly dynamic sets that bring different emotions with various levels of intensity, taking the listener on a music journey.

Besides his work as a DJ, Fabrizio has produced a myriad of events in Brazil including free summer street parties, never-ending underground afters, conceptual club nights at unique venues, open-air 24-hour festivals, as well as boat parties.

His stint at D-Edge, one of the country’s most famous nightclubs, gave him the opportunity to play alongside the world’s top artists, a time during which he also focused on music production.

Recently relocated to Miami, Fabrizio is one of the founders of Shifting Tones that features events with legendary house music artists in the city. Additionally he has  already contributed with local collectives as Speakerbox and MIXING, while showcasing his sound in various clubs around the city.
