Following the brilliant album 'A Trip To Idyllwild', from electronic music producer and saxophonist, ITAI, on Camel Riders, We are thrilled to present the remix album.
On his debut album on our imprint, ITAI displayed eight tracks of hypnotizing jazzy electronic beats, Saxophone, and other live instruments, full of intriguing and mysterious melodies. On this occasion, we are thrilled to provide new reworked versions of the album's tracks by some of our favourite artists and promising talents in the electronic landscape: PheuZen, Just Emma and Urem, Zuma Dionys, Matija and RIchard Elcox, Max Tenrom, Dandara, Alvaro Suarez, Catori and Noraj Cue.

This musical tale consists of nine fascinating interpretations that some might say is more dance-floor oriented, ranging from Downtempo, and Electronica to upbeat Melodic Deep House and Techno. We hope you enjoy the re-diving to this ride, this trip, A Trip to Idyllwild.

This release has a long history. I’ve heard “Into the night” in the series Twin Peaks for the first time. It was the early nineties. Since I fell in love with the music of Angelo Badalametti and with everything that the great David Lynch does. I had the idea to remix this track a long time ago. However, it was possible to record a cover version only in 2017, together with the singer Tatyana Shchelokova and my friend and teacher Max Sozonov (RIP).

Last year I had an idea to make a new sound for this cover and release it on my label downtempo, baby! My friends Reyneke (DE), Alex Doerind (ES) and SEVN(CA) joined me. Thanks guys, this wouldn't have happened without you! On June 9 of this year died Julee Cruz. She was the singer, who first performed "Into the night" in 1990 for Twin Peaks. We dedicate this release to her. 
RIP Julle!

They believed that witches could turn people into beasts that could speak, that magic rings could make their owners invisible, and all the other wonders in the stories. Then, as the world became grown-up, the fairy tales which were not written down would have been quite forgotten but that the old grannies remembered them, and told them to the little grandchildren: and when they, in their turn, became grannies, they remembered them, and told them also.
