“Circe” is a hypnotic spell for beauty, emotion, and a return to our primal, animal nature, as well as an intimidating promise to “crack you open until there’s no turning back now, you’re mine ‘til the end now.” The debut single from the Oakland-based band, KATZROAR is a witch’s song (a la Stevie Nicks & Fleetwood Mac), written for a world dehumanized by the greed for money and power. This moody, temptress anthem with psychedelic grooves threatens to summon you back into the pleasure and power of your full humanity.
