The coming together of two people from different corners of the globe can often spur incredible and unique results. The journey of Council Work frontmen Tom Frankel & Dayne Harper speaks volumes for that very instance. With Tom growing up in West London and Dayne originally coming from Zimbabwe, you already have a potentially boundless pool of cultural influence as far as music is concerned.
