I'm very happy to present to you in this week's show one of my favourite producer from Liverpool UK and an extremely passionate, prolific and diverse musician Dan Wainwright.

He’s been releasing music in the underground acid house and balearic beat music scene for many years now with releases on Night Noise, Is It Balearic? And Manchester’s Sprechen Records.

Dan’s output has been so big that he’s started his self-released label, Oddball records to release more out there dub-influenced music and edits to keep up with himself.
His music has seen support from ALFOS, Justin Robertson, John Digweed, and many others. Dan’s life revolves around creating music and pushing his musical boundaries and he plans to keep doing just that.

Dan has a new dub release coming up with Rude Audio on Tici Taci at the end of this month.

Counterterraism Guest Mix 69: REVD

Ed's first London Club experience in 1989 at a basement hotel in Paddington with Weatherall at the helm, changed his life forever.
Ed has a long history of promoting Underground parties around London and beyond, embracing the do it yourself attitude of club promotion in warehouses, scruffy basements, boats and film studios, whilst championing the darker side of house and techno with Twistedfunk & Wriggle.
Some brief “commercial” production success in the noughties, sent him running back to the nearest warehouse where his taste remains…
His current focus is broadcasting, and the curation of his global fortnightly podcast “sonic Service” championing a world class roster of DJ’s and producers that remain true to the underground sound of House & Techno.
2021 will finally see some new solo production output  as digital renegade as well as a new partnership with Microstate music.

We dance to a new rhythm, a reminder that even in a world turned strange and unrecognisable, our connection to the Earth and one another is a tether to acceptance.
