Widow Jones sat staring out
Her window
Troubled by the bills
She couldn`t pay
Tried to find some comfort
In the Bible
But the Lord could not help her
That day

40 years of love
Seemed like forever
Down a road bound to
End some given day
But forever would take care
Of the heartache
The day Mr Jones
Passed away

Tomorrow can't bring back yesterday
Tomorrow is still so far away

A picture on the wall
Caught her attention
Embroidered words now
Faded, worn and grey
She couldn`t help but smile
In all her sorrow
It said tomorrow
Is just another day
