Council of Elders is that weight turned into sound—raw, unrelenting, and heavy with the kind of anger that festers when you realize nothing ever really changes.

The album is drenched in atmosphere, with cold, droning guitars, blast beats that feel like a march toward ruin, and vocals that exist somewhere between a scream and a dirge. At times, it spirals into chaotic intensity; at others, it slows to a suffocating crawl, sitting in the discomfort of it all. It’s not meant to be hopeful. It’s not meant to offer solutions. It just is—like the feeling of standing in the middle of a collapsing empire and knowing you can’t do a damn thing to stop it.
