I wrote this song last year after having bouts of intense anxiety and stress. The lyrics are almost a reminder to myself to slow down, go outside, touch some grass, breathe...life is beautiful.

So happy to get this one out, it's been a long time coming. Writing this was a whole journey. So many setbacks and roadblocks along the way, I'll actually be releasing a little video documentary on it shortly. Anyway, hope you enjoy this one, here's the story behind it: 

Always Know follows the journey of saying goodbye to true love. The song holds out for hope whilst letting go of the right person, wrong time. There’s a promise made that even though there is an end — you are never really alone, no matter where you are or where you go.
