This Techsafari episode features SIDE EFFECTS aka Tzahi Geller and his 2023 Summer Live Set. Inspired by artists like Astrix, Psysex and Cosma, it was at the age of 26 that Side Effects presented his first titles on major labels like Iboga, Iono and Spin Twist. In 2014, Side Effects released his debut album titled "City On Mars" along with several singles that caught the attention of fans of this music. Everyone will remember the track "Mind Control" listened to more than 3 million times on Youtube. Since then, Side Effects has performed at all major festivals in Europe, Central and South and North America.  For the past few years, Side Effects has partnered with Canadian label TechSafari Records, which released their latest album titled Next Destination, as well as several collaborations and EPs that have stood out on various charts. Tzahi Geller represents a staple of the psychedelic progressive trance scene who created his own signature sound and who today continues to fuse the psychedelic and progressive side of Psytrance in a remarkable way.

The Kaned Sessions Vol.2

Samy Guediche's CPU project began  back in 2002, debuting on french label 3D Vision with a series of peerless compilation releases, remixes, and 2 albums. On the decks, CPU has been a prime mover since 2000 when he cut his teeth playing CCC parties and self-promoted psy-trance nights in the SOMA district of San Francisco.

Since then, he founded his own label Nutek Records, and  has become known as one of the top technicians on a circuit that has included massive shows in Brasil, Hungary, Australia, Italy, USA, Czech Republic, India, Turkey, Spain, Japan, Georgia, Ukraine, Korea, and Taiwan, amongst others, as well as numerous festival slots including Playground, Nagisa, Burning Man, Indian Spirit, Royal Doof and the Life.

Heavily involved in a number of project on the Japanese and international scene, Samy moved to Tokyo in 2011, producing and remixing japanese rock and pop artists as well as opening his own DJ and production school (IDPS) in collaboration with DJ Tsuyoshi.
