Cr2 Trax’s first release of the year comes from Californian producer Dateless. Since his rise to prominence last year, Dateless has been carefully carving a space for himself in the minds of dance music fans and DJs both in the U.K and The States. With releases on an already envious array of labels thus far, his journey to Cr2 has been a steady yet constant upwards trajectory. 

On his new three track EP Universal, Dateless explores the underlying principles of the bristling tech house sound with three textural, crunching club tunes. The likes of Claude Vonstroke, Paul Oakenfold, Riva Starr and Marcus Nasty have all voiced their support, dropping him in their DJ sets all over the world. 2017 looks set to be an exciting year for Dateless, with Universal providing the perfect way to kick things off.
