The Wandering Singer is based on a found poem in Manifeste du surréalisme by André Breton. It’s a story of a boy who’s lost in his mind and must find his way to the end. He’s curious and thoughtful and watching out for clues that others just could not find. He sees what others cannot see and knows what others cannot know. He secretly sees the universe through a seam, a seemingly, a mystery, a rose, a hip, a thorn, a slip, a skip, a sip, a rocketing ship, a show, a glow, an I don’t know, a rise, an echo, and a never ending swallow.
