This is DG's 5th album for tici taci and can be loosely described as "Electronic cosmiche dub disco" as all tracks feature dubby guitars, a large array of analogue synths - all recorded as Live audio takes, the so called "rhythms of the night", and more than a whiff of what used be called Kr**tr*ck .

We return to Asia for our next release, specifically to Seoul, to present the talented producer "Celex", yet another example of the inexhaustible quality of underground Korean music.
Celex, formerly known as Cabinett, is no stranger to electronic music, having spent years developing his own sound where house and deep were his common dominators. This time, the Korean producer moves towards a more "disco" and organic sound.
In "Capa Disco Works", Celex delivers 6 tracks in a "balearic" key where arpeggios and psychedelia go hand in hand, creating the perfect soundtrack for a Mediterranean vacation. Indeed, the album was crafted by Celex following a holiday in Mallorca.
Imagine what the result would be if Giorgio Moroder had spent a weekend at the legendary "Pikes" with only his synthesizers and a good dose of LSD for company; that's what "Capa Disco Works" sounds like.

Magic Words, a new project from NY-based producers Eli Cohen and Peter Hargarten, make their debut on RNT with the Wabi Soba EP, a perfect summertime record. If the title track sounds a bit familiar it’s because it’s been in Harvey’s hands for a while and has made many appearances in his sets around the world.
Based around an emotive and dreamy loop, the song basically embodies Balearica, dripping with Spanish guitar and wistful, melancholic harmonies. Toronto’s Jex Opolis turns in a massive remix that preserves all the delicate texture of the original and lays it lovingly over a pulsing clubby drum foundation. Already getting a huge response in the RNT crew’s club sets, this is a special record that’s got some serious summer anthem buzz!

DC Promo Tracks: Koenig Saatgut "Control Me"

Sons of Sevilla are blood brothers Henry & Reuben Smith who hail from Featherstone in the North of England. It began in 2020 during lockdown by chance, at the time Reuben was working on solo material for his second album with Soundway Records. When Henry visited Reuben at his home studio to play guitar on his record, they wrote a couple of songs while thinking about by JJ Cale records and a lifetime of the music they had heard growing up in their family pubs. 
Henry takes care of business on guitar and bass, while brother Reuben steers the vocals and dazzles with thoughtful key work. Recently relocating to Spain, Henry & Reuben now live between the mountains of Andalucia and their birthplace in England.  Having had a close connection to the city of Sevilla since they were kids when their family visited each summer, out of these fond memories Sons of Sevilla was born. Their sound is inspired by early 70s records like JJ Cales Naturally,  Nino Ferrers with Radiah Et Le Sud, and Neil Youngs Harvest Moon. 
As they step out with their debut long player on the hallowed Southern Californian label, Ubiquity Records, the second LP is already in the making. Having recently signed with Space Agency in the USA, FMLY representing them EU & UK side, Emerged Talent in Germany, Switzerland Austria, Sons of Sevilla will be hitting the open road in 2025 and taking their sounds to the world on tour.
Lullabies For A Wildcat is a collection of tracks recorded at their family home in the summer of 2020. Shades of 70s psychedelia echo throughout, with tripped out layered vocals building a vibration that seems way beyond their years like a hazy hedonistic cloud of smoke in surround sound.
