Hidonash

His main body of work as a DJ, Live Performer and Producer layers uncanny vocal synthesis and grotesque sound design on top of an essential Techno-bedrock.

Hidonash has released a wide series of compelling music including physical releases on Soil Records, a full album and EP on Vu-Mantra as well as track releases on Radiance Records and coolkidz records.
Each entry embodies the persistent commitment to his signature style of primal electronic music.

Besides the ongoing exploration of his own style, he also maintains a collaborative project with musician "Tasime" as one part of a live-performance duo that intertwines the heritage of Georgian folklore with experimental Techno.

Hidonash is also a founding member of About Repetition and the Düsseldorfer label "system ctl".

Probably my deepest track yet titled ‘Polarity’ released as part of Inguma Records 5 Years VA. Available on limited cassette + digital on bandcamp + t-shirt merch.

It reflects heavily on today’s scenarios, polarising views, polarising emotions, uncertain futures, but there is a hint of hope still flickering in the darkness. Like the moment when light appears from behind a storm cloud.

I love the artwork for this, it reminds me to lean into the things that give us hope or keep us together. Even when there is a lot of evil.
